That notice is what will be visible from 1/28 for those who are still later said left that I am. If I understand correctly iTunes Radio is now only available with a subscription to Apple's music and requires Apple TV 4, an iOS device running iOS 9 or later version or on a computer running iTunes 12.2 or later. You can stream to Apple TV from a computer or iOS device.
