  Hi Katherine,

  Each Adobe CC applications have a separate 30-day trial period, once that install you them and click on START the TRIAL of this day begins the testing of this product on your computer.

  So if you use two different products, you can install all or at another time just don't forget to hit the trial start only to that you want to use currently.

  It may be due to the following factors:

  1. you might have not accepted the invitation of the team. Please see creative cloud for teams FAQ: How can I manage my account teams?

  2. it might be an activation error. Please see Troubleshooting FAQ: what should I do if I have a subscription, but my application acts as if I had a trial?

  What system are you on? LR 5 does not work on anything other than Win 7 or 8 to win even if the beta ran on Vista and XP even. If you are not on the good OS, it would never work.

  1MAHADEVI you want to download files to install on your hard drive and not a DVD or a CD.  Once you have downloaded and installed the software certainly, you can back up the files on a DVD.  You are also right in this CD will not be sufficient to contain all of the installation files.
