iTunes won't let me not re-upload my already purchased album

I bought the Soundtrack of "The Phantom of the Opera" film and at one point some of the songs have been reading as unavailable to play, as at first I would play them and in less than a minute into the song, he could start again. Later he said that the song was not available in offline mode. This happened with one of the songs on one of my other albums. I had fixed by removing the song when I got home and downloading again. It's the same thing with my ghost track. I'm frustrated and deleted the whole album and went so far as to delete the download.

When I got home, I tried to download it again to find that I couldn't. I expected to see the cloud and down arrow which meant to download, but it says that 'BOUGHT' and whenever I try to type to get my music back, it stores water from the tap (like the color of the word Exchange), but does nothing. I tried to go to recently purchased and downloaded not on my iPhone but it does not appear. I tried on my MacBook Pro, but nothing.

I don't want to have to pay again, I won't have to buy a different album. I think that's because I removed the download, but I want to just my songs back. Help, please!
