Iwatch and Itunes

Hi all

I can't seem to access the section of iTunes in the app shows initially, it says cannot connect to iTunes and now it's just a black screen.

All thoughts.

Try following the steps described here for iPhone, including the verification of your cell phone settings:

Also check if the Restrictions are enabled:

  • On your iPhone, go to: settings > general > Restrictions.

If you have not already done so, it may also help to upgrade your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest version of the software, from your iPhone:
