• Saving files directly from myRIO on computer

  Hi all

  I met a simple but pretty weird problem. In my project of myRIO, I used to save files directly to myRIO (using a constant path of the file), and it works. For example, the way that I saved this next line (RawData_Fly2_E1_F_2016Jan26.tdms) is this:

  /c/RawData_Fly2_E1_F_2016Jan26.TDMS

  With the address above, this file is stored in this location: R:\c\RawData_Fly2_E1_F_2016Jan26.tdms

  However, now my project began to generate very large files, if I want to save the files directly to my computer, the myRIO is connected via a USB cable from the device. I have specifiled my file to be recorded directly under the C drive.

  I made the following changes: I used the control path of the file to specify the location, instead of using the constant path of file.

  But with this change, my file was not found. Basically, it's gone... All files that contain this change of location was not found at the specified location, or the location of origin.

  You guys would help me how to properly save files directly from myRIO on computer?

  Consider the myRIO as a computer - its own operating system and with its own file system. Write code LabVIEW is running on a computer that , without some kind of networking file transfer, it cannot see your computer.

  You would usually be:

  (1) data stream via the network to a VI running on your computer (e.g. the network stream) that records the disk on your computer.

  (2) use a method of transferring files of myRIO on your computer either automatically (for example FTP, HTTP POST file (?), files network), or manually (FTP / WebDAV)

  I have no problem to scan directly from a .xml or xml string. But I can't read the data directly from labview or even save the file in the url as a .xml.

  I already looked for example as reading and other http Web site, but has failed to adapt to my url.

  Is it possible to move data directly from inside a loop outside the structure of matter in real time? I would like a chart of the data in a structure of matter in real time outside the structure of the case. Ideally, it would include information of the real deal and then the waiting period as a '0' for false case. Attached is a version simplified VI I'm working. I tried the local variables, but they only read the first item for loop puts each cycle T/F. One idea is welcome including a complete change in the structure of the VI.

  When I try sending Word documents as an attachment directly from Word the screen becomes white and freezes and I have to give salvation to three fingers and restart to get things again.

  The only way it will work is if I send the doc as a .xpf, which is useless, because no one can read.  I need to be able to send it in .doc or .pdf format.

  I'm under Word 2007 in Vista.

  Make sure that all e-mail program you are using is set by default in Control Panel | Default programs.  If that doesn't fix it, then save the Word document in doc format and then compose a new email and attach it then.

  Most of the time the Peopletools patches are cumulative, you do not need to apply the previous to apply later. But overall, read the documentation, everything is well explained there.

  My iPhone 5 has always been able to send photos directly from the Photo App, as well as sending PDF files directly from the Pages App or other documents from other applications. Now, it is no more the case. After hitting the "send" - button, you hear the his "Whoosh"but nothing is actually sent! ".

  I discovered only after people complained to me for not getting points I thought that I had sent.

  When you import the same documents in Mail, there is no problem at all they are sent. The problem exists only IN applications.

  I tried to restart the phone several times as well as resetting - no change.

  I think the next thing I would try is to reset all settings. Settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This will return t e the device settings, to where they were out of the box - to the factory settings. You will need to enter all the settings again including WiFi passwords.

  If this does not work, back up, restore settings, and then restore the backup. If it still does not work, restore like new.
