  Method 1: See if you can view another Web page

  Method 2: Run the Network Diagnostics tool in Internet Explorer

  To do this, follow these steps:

  Please perform the below mentioned steps that should solve the problem.
  1. While the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.

  2. wait for 60 seconds, then

  3. plug the power cord of the printer directly to a wall outlet (by col the power surge / power strip), then to the printer.

  4. now try to make a copy. It should work.
