  I'm about to buy a Sony A5100 to capture high resolution video in format XAVC-S.

  I have been see in online forums that the iPad Pro is unable to manage the import of larger files (more than 15 sec or almost), despite being promoted as a K 4 x 4 video editing machine!

  Apparently the same problem persists when you use lighting to the USB Camera adapter. It was suggested that the NEW lighting USB3 adapter might work as it supports higher rates of transfer (4 K), BUT I just found out that it is only the 12.9' Pro who did USB3.0? Apparently, the 9.7 has USB 2.0.

  It's really frastrating given the poor marketing. What I want to do is simple; Record videos on my camera high resolution and change it on my iPad 9.7 Pro without the need to import first to a mac.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  When you add a directory to your systems, you use the option 'set on systems' within the page of the phone book. But to apply the phonebook to jabber, it's different. Follow this:

  1. Access directories > Manager directories
  2. Select the directory that you want to apply for jabber clients
  3. Go to the tab "access control." Select the directory of jabber you want to query this directory

  That's all.

  I'm assuming your TMS provisioning directory and your SCVS are already configured correctly for jabber

  Question: How can I get Jabber works on iPad with TMS and VCS instead of CUCM?

  Material: TMS 14.5 with VCSC/VCSE X8.2.1 and TMSPE 1.0

  Rarely Jabber is used on an iPad here for the last time we tested, it was probably more than a year and it worked great. I have a new request if and when you go to the store I notice the previous product working is no longer available and has changed for Cisco Jabber 11.0.3. I feel that this only works with CUCM.

  Can someone tell me if it is possible to get this new application running without CUCM and rather through VCS /TMS? I tested a variety of attempts to connect to the new application and they are all lead to not being able to find a server. Cisco documentation is a bit complicated on this issue so I'm hoping someone here might have some experience with this.

  The customer you are looking for is 'Cisco Jabber Video for iPad', which is what Jamie refers in its response.

  However, the Jabber video for iPad is therefore more available for download, as it's end-of-sale (eos-eol-notice-c51-732786), this is because Apple requires that all their applications must be 64-bit, and it was not possible to update Jabber video application as 32-bit based.  In addition, in the case where you have the video Jabber for telepresence (Movi) customer is also EOS (eos-eol-notice-c51-732787).

  Replacement for both video Jabber clients products are Cisco Jabber client (that you mention at the end of your message) with CUCM only, as call manager is management that moves to Cisco for call control.

  Recommendations for the ipad 3 are not different from that of previous models. For stick video full screen at 1024 x 768. The rest really depends on the video itself.

• Captivate 6 - output Video on iPad Darkens/Dims while reading?

  I wonder if anyone can help me with this. I just exit and published my first e-learning module through 6 Captivate for iPad. Ive placed the files on our LMS (Moodle) and tested on a Mac and have no problem. It plays perfectly. However when I run the same charm from an iPad to test playback of mp4 files, but with a gray screen. The content is there, but he plays like on some sort of power saving mode. The iPad itself is not that as the bar Safari etc. remains lit normally. It's just the videos. Once the content moves to a menu screen it works fine again and turn on normally.

  Someone at - it ideas? Videos are converted F4V files Captivate has transformed the conversion of HTML5. I tried to launch the output on my Mac files, but it says that I don't have the necessary codecs so I can't prove that they are working on a normal machine. When using the LMS to run the module on Mac I think it references the Flash files not HTML5 that I pulled out the two.

  If anyone has experienced this? Is it a simple setting I'm missing? If it helps, I can provide a link and access to e-learning for someone to try themselves on their iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I tried to launch the first videos separately and had no joy. As mentioned above, I had errors of Codec. However, I tested before and after the changes, and it seems to have done the trick. The original F4V files have been converted throguh Adobe Media Encoder of MP4 it was a simple case of switching back to Captivate convert the MP4s in F4Vs for use in the web version. As I said, everything works fine now and seems to have done the trick. I wonder if she had nothing to do with the fact that the initial module was created in 5.5 prior to MP4 has been supported. Who knows.
