Java has stopped working. possible configuration problem

My java stopped working Saturday.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall. someone said that my being, I got hacked and there is no way to fix it. I think that configuration is mess up I can't even install updates window. Not sure how to restore my configurations then that I can get back operational. I uninstall java on Monday and I still try to reinstall. any help would be great. Thank you.
