java.sql.SQLException: timed out trying to establish connection

I am trying to connect to SQL Server 2012 with flag MULTISUBNETFAILOVER = TRUE

I created the DSN and it works fine for a day and then I get erorr below. I checked the Server DB and its place and work fine and able to connect to it in management studio. Once I restart the server the question get it fixed. Anyone had any idea on why this problem occurs. I'm using the sqljdbc4.jar for this connection.

Again, I do not think QofQ supports the TRIM feature. In fact, the only place that Trim appears on the QofQ page in Adobe docs is to indicate it is a reserved word and should not be used.

As far as I see, you have only two choices here: change your database queries to use the FILLING before you run your QofQ, or to change the data columns (x) char and nchar (x) (x) varchar and nvarchar (x). Unless this or other applications are based on fixed-length character fields, switch to varchar (x) /nvarchar (x) should not lead to any loss of data or side effects.

Hello.. I found the Solution. In the ViewPageDef.xml file, there is a RangeSize which was set to 25 by default.

i.e.

RangeSize = "25" DataControl = "PortfoliosAppModuleDataControl."

I changed it to

RangeSize = "200" DataControl = "PortfoliosAppModuleDataControl."

Try increasing the chunk size of Java for the agent on which the process is running?

These values can be set in odiparams.sh (you will need to restart the agent for these values to be taken into account)

Designated operational entities the above exception occurs when the database is unavailable and weblogic attempts to create the connection to the database using the file descriptors in turn that is causing the files too many error messages.

It occurs when the database is completely down.
But it could happen if the database is blocked and you try to create a large number of connections.
Watch this forum for more information on too many files open.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06550 and ORA-00900 call stored procedures

Hi all

I have 2 a stored procedures that I want to call from my Session bean. One of them takes a few settings, but not the other. When I call the procedures, I get the following errors described below. I tested the two stored procedures in sql plus and sqldveleoper and they work well. The funniest, it is, I have another stored procedure that I can call successfully from the same bean in session with no problems, so I'm a bit confused as to why his play now.

I use stand-alone 10.1.3.4 OC4J and Oracle 10 g Db 10.2.0.4 and platform DB that I use is Oracle10gPlatform and Eclipselink as my JPA provider. I have also tried against toplink (not toplink essentials) and still no joy

You guys can tell me where I'm wrong if I do something wrong. Why make these mistakes? because as far as I can tell the code (java and pl/sql) are both correct unless there is something I missed. It's kinda funny because I have another stored procedure I can call successfully.

The first question is that the Boolean in Oracle is not a supported JDBC type, but a PLSQL type.
Change to an INTEGER is probably the best, you can also use the PLSQLStoredProcedureCall class to access.

The second problem is perhaps that the stored procedure is not valid, make sure that it compiled correctly. It can also be the type of your query, you must use a DataModifyQuery, not a read request that it returns nothing.
If still no luck, try to call directly through JDBC, it works?

OFA: Passing XML to process / java.sql.SQLException: colum invalid Type
I'm moving an XML file to a stored procedure. Regenerating my files myself gives no error, but when I run it in debug mode I get an error message that I'm trying to set my setting for the XML. The error message is java.sql.SQLException: invalid column type
The error occurs on the line saying:

cs.setObject(1,WsXml);

WsXml is of type element.

setObject was the only option that I found which seems to work, but now I'm wondering if there is no other possibility.
Any suggestions?

To import the file mentioned, you must set the jar file that contains this file in your class path.
Please do a search in your jar files in the JDev directory with search term "XMLType" and search in zip activated during the search.
Even if you can't find a pot, refer to this thread Re: oracle.xdb.XMLType download or make google for the jar.

On the passage of connection "conn", sorry, now I don't have JDev here. This object can be returned by OADBTransaction associated with your AM.

OK, it's ridiculous, but just after I posted the message, I looked at the code for a few seconds and then I thought let me comment the 'theConnection.setAutoCommit (false); line and it seems that this was the cause of the error.

So I know that the solution to the problem, but someone who is a guru of sqlite and know how to investigate problems of sqlite like this is allowed to share his ideas basically, I would like to know if there is a systematic approach for debugging of problems where the sql exception does not provide much information.

So I checked the database of Audit Vault and of course, uses that have expired there, Audit Vault users expire after 180 days.

I had a user "AGENT_BW3", which has expired. I also had the SYSAV & AVREPORTUSER that have expired. So I changed my profile and then reset the password for these uses to the same than what have been before

Now of course I went on this issue the wrong way, is - that someone has encountered this problem before?

Just to add, I tried to connect with the same passwords for all users of Audit Vault in sqlplus and all work fine, its only the "start_collector" that has the problem.

I fixed it by following these steps.

When the audit Vault database is created all users will see the profile by DEFAULT, it is a grace expires 180 days. I needed to reset user passwords that I did. The part that missed me, was that even if I put the passwords for what they had been before the expiry I still need to change the portfolio.

We tried to replace the jar. (ojdbc6.jar, xdb6.jar, and xmlparserv2.jar) files in the following path

Server put potted path: / opt/infra/cesb/apps/domains/dev/custcare-asdc-dev-domain/lib (project specific).

However, this does not work.

Then we tried comparing the driver JDBC-OCI of both environments, i.e. the sandbox and the scene. Both have proved to be different.

The final changes that gives no error in the processing of the application are;

1. now, we use the JDBC-OCI instantclient-basic - linux.x 64 - driver 11.2.0.3.0

2. our environment:

-WebLogic Server Version: 10.3.6.0

I use Oracle JDeveloper 9i and OAF: 11.5.10.6RUP
I installed Jdeveloper and try to run a simple exercise to Hello world that appears in the index file.
I put the .dbc file in the C:\setups\JDeveloper\jdevhome\jdev\dbc_files\secure folder.
I did some basic steps in this exercise, such as creating a new page and create a custom package to store files asoracle.apps.ak.hello.
and adjust the runtime connection.
In fact everything in connection TIME I gave the .dbc files.
and I made a silly mistake here I remove the default user name and password and put my new password username as apps/appsdev
Bydefault username is fwktester and not sure any password but now I put as a welcome.
Application short name: AK
key responsibility: FWK_TBX_TUTORIAL.
When I ran the page it displays an error such as;

After that I installed vCloud Director and it works OK for the last 2 weeks. Now, after reboot yesterday for the ESX interview, I get the following error in the /opt/vmware/cloud-director/logs/vcloud-container-info.log:

Director vCould crashes and refuses to come,-(.)

I am trying to install OSB in a different domain. I already have a suite of soa running.

This is the directory structure
Middleware/user_projects/domains

(a) soa_domain
(b) osb_domain

Who, from the administration server for the BSO, I get error below.

I get the result like-> soa_domain / / AdminServer

If I change it to osb_domain / / this AdminServer, will affect my soa_domain server... ? Please advice

There are two possible solutions to this problem:

Solution 1:

To solve this problem reconfigures the basic information database of Point differently for each domain, if you have more than one domain. That, to change the port of the database and the name below two files in the field

In the setDomainEnv.cmd (or .sh) file inside directory change DOMAIN_HOME/bin Point base port number and the name of the comic.

Set POINTBASE_PORT = 9094
Set POINTBASE_DBNAME = weblogic_eval2

JDBC:PointBase:server://localhost:9094 / weblogic_eval2

In the file wlsbjmsrpDataSource - jdbc.xml inside change DOMAIN_HOME/config/jdbc directory under entries with port of pointbase database updated and the name (this will be in two places in the file).

Solution 2:

If the domain name has been changed and do not want to change the database properties, then an update to the WL_LLR_ADMINSERVER table is possible:

that is to say:
Update SCHEMA_SAMPLE. Set RECORDSTR = WL_LLR_ADMINSERVER ' base_domain / / AdminServer' where XIDSTR = "JDBC LLR field / / server ';"
