  The file you have downloaded seems to have some formatting problems (missing CR/LF?).   I downloaded the same file from the remote site and referenced and it works.  Also, you can simply reference the file in the page URL of file header instead of add field tags in the html header scripts.

  I use Oracle JDeveloper ADF 12.1.2.0.0. I was trying example ADF Insider Essentials Table column filter customization followed the steps, but made a small change to the JavaScript to filter numbers only. When tested my application in the browser Chrome and Mozilla, functionality works as expected, its only numbers to enter in the filter field.

  But the same functionality does not work in IE 9. Is something needs to be done to solve my browser.

  Good, had using online chat with a solution. If the blog loses its channel, as in this case the channel ID does not match ID of the Blog instead of deselection and reselect the Union this area had the blog, uncheck activate and then SAVE. Then check the enable option, then save.

  Since you already have a factory recovery I don't think it's a software problem.  The issue could be with the keyboard itself or the motherboard where the keyboard controller is defective...
