  Assuming that you have a valid SIM card in the phone, it is more often symptomatic of a phone that has been hacked or jailbroken to unlock.

  1. run the planning server configuration utility,
  2. develop planning,
  3 eat planning Cluster,
  4. click on enable the Cluster.
  5. I guess you used the default value, Cluster when creating the application, select who
  6. next, and then click Finish.
  7 restart schedule,
  8. try to access you request now.

  I develop a BlackBerry application and I want the phone to launch my application when an incoming call is * responding *. The code I must do this works intermittently, but it fails as often to succeed.   I'm on an iMac Mid-2010 with 8 GB of RAM and the latest version of El Capitan.

  In the last two days, my iMac began frequently stops responding. The problem does not seem to be specific application; It happens even when I do turn to nothing other than the Finder. I'll be in the middle of a task, and suddenly everything stops. I get the rotation beach ball, and often Activity Monitor shows the current application as "not responding." After a period ranging from a few seconds to a minute, my iMac snaps out of it. Then, a minute or two later, the same thing happens again.

Mid-June, I installed the new software of the printer and upgraded to Office 2016; However, both worked fine for a few weeks before this new problem is surface. App Store does not show these latest updates to important day and nothing at all in the last five days.

  Activity monitor offers all the answers clearly - there is no memory pressure and the idle CPU extends from 70 to 98%.

  State SMART of my boot drive is fine, and first aid disk spots utility zero problems.

  I also went through the predictable easy fixes - reboot, reset the SMC and NVRAM.

• Why have we not 'Forums to Support Palm' application in the App Catalog?

  Whenever I have a problem with my pre, I reached my computer to access this forum. It's my bridge here, why don't we have an application (like craigslist) for the "Palm Support Forums" in the App Catalog?

  Hello again all you lovers forum useful!

  I need a way for an independent examiner check the LabVIEW application I built and archived in my source code control was built with all the latest versions of the VIs checked in control of source code for my project.

  Unfortunately, it seems that LabVIEW build the application with a slightly different size in KB on all the computers that we use to do, so much a MD5 checksum.  Some of the differences of meaning, as when someone uses a version of LabVIEW with another service pack installed, or even when it is built on a 64-bit vs computer a 32-bit computer (nevermind the fact that both are running the same 32-bit version of LabVIEW).  But we managed to get a setup where both computers are exactly the same on the two points above, and they always end with an application with a slightly different size.

  The goal, as mentioned above, is to make sure the archived application contains all the latest code.  We have been we resigned to simply check the size of the application as a "good enough" solution  Now, even that does not work.

  Is there a good way to perform this check I think not?

  For an exe, you can create a build log (and check it into source).  There is an option in the advanced build specification page.
