  I suspect that its a BigPond intermittent disruption.  OE normally keeps track of the user name and password if you have set it to do, so if you get invited to do, its usually caused by a server connection problem.  Next time it happens, then since you can connect via webmail from their Web site, then check if you can access their messages from the web.  If so, then its likely a problem with OE, but if you can't get the web access at work is, then its BigPond (because they use the same access method).  Also make sure that you aren't access OE and on the web at the same time, as this would cause a collision and could be the problem.

  If its a question of OE, try to go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  Make sure you first you have e-mail scan from any product off antivirus (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  Then set up your account with the correct credentials and see if you can download your mail in this identity.  If it works fine, you can import the messages from the old identity (file |) Import | (Messages).

  3rd party software may or may not support what Acrobat Reader on mobile devices. If the content does not appear, then your not likely Adobe software does not support this content. For example, many PDF viewers accept the forms. However, it is a question, you should ask your provider of software 3rd party.

  If it works in Mode safe mode and normal mode with all extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) off and then try to find which extension is the cause by allowing an extension at a time until the problem reappears.

  If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.

  Everytime I open Firefox required authentication pop-up window appears even when NoScript is in Script mode allow worldwide.   Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  Looks like you have a third-party toolbar which took on your search engine, Home Page or the default new tab Page. Fortunately this can be solved easily:

• no address or all the bars when opening firefox

  the last few weeks when I open firefox it opens with no search bar, no address bar, no bars at all. all I have is a blank white page with Mozilla Firefox in the upper left corner and on the upper right reduce it, restore them and close buttons. I can try and open many times and the same thing happens. I tried to reinstall the latest version, I tried the F11 key, the ALT key, all other keys. the only way I can use it is if by chance I get firefox to load with bars, and then I click on a link at random to open a tab and use it. It's very frustrating. I have also shut down my computer completely for about a half hour and rebooted, hoping it would help. I can't open anything to verify anything. There is no bar file/edit/view/...tools for me to change anything. There is nothing more than a blank page. I'd appreciate any help. This has never happened before, and I had not installed anything new when this started.
