  • Windows Vista SP2, random BSOD with error checking code 0 x 19

    Hi all

    I have seemingly random crashes on my old laptop 3 years recently - BSOD with error checking code 0 x 0000019 (0x00000020, 0xe92f4780, 0xe92f48d0, 0x0a2a0440), and BlueScreenView says that accidents are caused by ntkrnlpa.exe and Ntfs.sys. I have absolutely no idea why it happened--unusual does update, none of the material changes & software installations. The system hangs especially after maybe one or two days after starting with some sleep & wake ups inbetween and the only accidents while there are prominent running shows - namely, all the accidents that happened while I was running Firefox. Seconds before the BSoD (shell & all) system simply freezes and does not respond to ctrl + alt + delete, but is still running (as indicated by the fact that once, I forced a power off and after that restart the event log indicates the previous stop at was not planned), then watch the usual BSoD screen.

    After doing some googling, I began to suspect that this should be a memory or a hard drive problem, or maybe an overheating causing the two since he not there no significant change of software on my computer recently again issues just appeared without reason. So I cleaned my laptop fan and the heatsink and ensured that the hot air can leave the chassis without being blocked, did some checking of memory with memory auditing Windows - no problems in 5 innings and ran chkdsk on my system partition with all available options - perfectly normal, but the chkdsk has acted quite strangely that check all took about 30 seconds and no normal as the ID information of partition, size etc. that should be there never appeared; is this a normal behavior? or something is wrong with my chkdsk?

    I'm still (lol) impatiently waiting for the next crash, not sure whether the problem is still there or not. Meanwhile could you please help me understand what is the problem with my system?

    It seems that the disc is the most likely cause. If it is intermittent, it may be difficult to diagnose.

    The manufacturer of the laptop provides any diagnosis?  Several manufacturers have a key at startup to access the diagnostics.

    CHKDSK should last several minutes. There is information about the different ways to run chkdsk here:

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/67612-check-disk-Chkdsk.html

    You can try this disc test program:

    http://www.Seagate.com/www/en-us/support/downloads/SeaTools/

    If the version of WIndows does not find anything. Try to use the version BACK from a CD.

    Check updates systems installed to KB2862330. Is it installed?

    This security update was initially released on 8 October 2013. The security update was re-released on January 14, 2014, for computers that are running Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. The reissue resolves an issue in which one of the pilots of the stack kernel USB 2.0 is not updated in some specific computer configurations.

    Note: compare the versions of your file in the link above. I suspect you've found BCCode 0xD1 due to improperly installed or missing update.

  • What kind of code do you use to switch to a new/next screen?

    Greetings,

    I worked with CC animate and a bit of ActionScript 3.0 for about a month as part of my study IT. As part of my final project for this course animate CC, I chose to create a Visual Novel game. Basically, the idea is that you can see a screen, you click an option to 'talk' (like "move to your home" or "the city") and clicking on an option translates in the transition to a new screen (with a House/town as a background image).

    Unfortunately, I don't have to do all assignments in the past involving "screen switching", so I have no idea as to what kind of code I need to make this work. Google for it, without success. So now my question is, what kind of ActionScript 3.0 code/functions/etc. to apply to just "switch to the next screen" host in a selfmade in CC game?

    Thanks in advance,

    Sander

    I assume you are using the calendar to develop each of these individual screens. You probably use the stop(); order to keep the playhead on the frame where the first decision point, the screen of your option. You will need for each of the options create a badge and join some Actionscript to the keyframe where the point of this decision.

    Here's a good tutorial for this kind of thing: creating a site Flash (AS3 Version)

  • Check code

    I'm trying to get the read head to move to a labeled frame 'characteristics' when the cursor is held on a MC called features_mc. The code below looks good, but after analyzing the movie I get a message error that says "the class or interface 'MouseEvent' could not be loaded." (he refeferences line function). What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you

    Al

    Stop();

    features_mc.addEventListener (MouseEvent.ROLL_OVER, featuresText);

    function featuresText(event:MouseEvent):void
    {
    gotoAndStop ("features");
    }

    It would be the best way to do it:

    features_mc.onRollOver = function() {}
    gotoAndStop ("features");
    }

    Thank you.

    I have not yet done, but have done the following:

    -Deletion of Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 and installed v12 instead.

    -Removal of Adobe Air

    -Skype upgrade to the latest version

    -Removal of the redundant Brother printer driver (I sold it some time ago).

    -Clean the event log: http://jacobytech.net/forum/index.php?topic=124.0

    -Ran Microsoft FixIt to remove the error from the event ID 10. not not help, therefore the manual vbs script method that worked:

    https://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2545227?WA=wsignin1.0

    So far, the event log appears to show almost no questions, he showed and the system runs a lot faster.

    I'll let it run this way for a while and continue debugging if the BSOD comes to visit again.

    Re-post here if everything changes.

    See you soon.

    P.S., Also used sysinternals autoruns to disable some redundant drivers that displays errors in Event Viewer, as they have been previously uninstalled already.

    EDIT January 6, 2015:

    One more thing I did, leaving the port USB3 Wifi USB dongle on a USB2 port, leaving all taken them vacant USB3.

    It has also solved the problem of verifier.exe giving the black screen.

    I suspect that the question was actually related to port USB3/pilot (turd).

    I am running Windows 7 64 bit and I do experience blue screen almost every week with bug 0x000000f4 and 0x0000007a random control. I don't really have any idea what the problem with my PC. I ran memtest86 for a night or Pluss and past 7 tests (it was 8 test said in the way). I also run chkdsk and there is no error. What could cause my PC BSOD issue?

    Here is the screenshot of my BSOD using BlueScreenView.
    I hope someone could help me solve this problem. Thank you.

    Most of Jan 2 accidents so far is called critical process terminated.  (something is to kill a windows process).  Please run the Driver Verifier to discover what

    If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

  • Strange generation after error code checked in to Subversion

    People-

    I am trying to use Subversion to track my source code. I use TortoiseSVN as my client software. I checked in my java files, my Eclipse .project and .classpath and my JDP file. Then, I deleted all of the Subversion project and got own svn code. Now, I get the following error when I do a cleaning:

    Build problems
    Errors during construction.
    Errors under builder "BlackBerry resources Builder" of the project "KitchenValet".
    Could not compile files
    java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Documents and Settings\Christopher Keith\My Documents\fCode\KitchenValet\src\com\KitchenValet\.svn\ent.rrh (the system cannot find the file specified)

    I don't understand why the development system is looking for a file in a .svn directory. For the record, here are the contents of my file jdp. The lines formally '.svn' in the section "ExcludeFromBuildAll" seem to have been added when I ran Eclipse after own source:

  • How to check for the application ID in a function of connection?

    Hello

    I have a connection procedure which is something like this:
    wwv_flow_custom_auth_std.login(
        P_UNAME       => :P58_USERNAME,
        P_PASSWORD    => :P58_PASSWORD,
        P_SESSION_ID  => v('APP_SESSION'),
        P_FLOW_PAGE   => :APP_ID||':15'
        );
    And the authentication procedure is this:
    create or replace
    FUNCTION  "ACL_CUSTOM_AUTH" (
        p_username IN VARCHAR2,
        p_password IN VARCHAR2
        )
    RETURN BOOLEAN IS
    BEGIN
      FOR c1 IN (SELECT 1
                  FROM acl_employees
                 WHERE upper(userid) = upper(p_username)
                   AND mot_de_passe = p_password)
      LOOP
        RETURN TRUE;
      END LOOP;
      RETURN FALSE;
    END;
    I want to check for an application in the acl_employees table ID, because I want to check if this user is credited for THIS specific APP_ID, adding a following kind of code to the function of authentication:
    AND application_id = :app_id)
    The problem is that the connection API takes in charge only two parameters for custom authentication: user name and password. How can I switch the APP_ID to authentication?

    Thank you for your help.

    It is sometimes easier to check the user before calling the connection custom Apex then past just a password to NULL to the connection works if the check fails. Something like that before the connection:

    DECLARE
    v_dummy NUMBER;
    BEGIN
    SELECT 1
    INTO v_dummy
    FROM acl_employees
    WHERE upper(userid) = upper(p_username)
    AND application_id = :app_id;
    EXCEPTION WHEN NO_DATA_FOUND THEN :P58_PASSWORD := NULL;
    END;
