Hi experts,

I use Jdev 12.1.3 and I implement technical of visualization image Timo Hahn in a jspx page:

It works fine for me, and I would need to add a last requirement:

Users requires that the image is refreshed when downloaded.

How could call the servlet again to reload the image when the user downloads a new?

BB filepicker question plugin page reloading

I'm working on the use of the BB filepicker plugin ( https://github.com/blackberry/WebWorks-Community-APIs/tree/master/Smartphone/FilePicker ) to use to load the filepicker to my HTML5/JS code. I have been able to launch successfully from the file browser and select a photo. But the minute I returned with URI (displayed in the alert box) photo and then try to view the image using the source URI... There is a html refresh happening. The page reloads and I am not able to view the image. I'm only able to print the URI for this on an alert box. Everything that I am doing wrong or is the normal behavior of the plugin? If so, some way around it?

On the detail page dynamic image gallery

I have a page master listing 8 products. I inserted a picture gallery dynamic on the details page that looks ok, but has a major flaw: when you click on a thumbnail for the main picture opens on the wrong page. for example if you click on the page... dragons.php? id = 3 the main image opens on... /dragons.php/ID=1 and shows the following url:.../dragons.php?image=btf.jpg (or whatever the name of the image file).

I have just started using php and I would appreciate some advice on how to solve this problem.

I think I see what is the problem. If I understand correctly, you get the thumbnails to the right when the page is loaded first from the master page, but not when you click on a thumbnail.

What is happening now is that $_GET ['id'] is defined when the page reloads after clicking on a thumbnail. Thus, you must add the correct ID in the miniature link like this:

?image=&id=">

As far as I know, the Restorer of classic theme add-on is the only way to do it.
1. Classic restaurateur theme installation and restart Firefox when prompted.
2. Open Manager modules (Ctrl + Shift + A) and then the Extensions category.
3. Beside the classical restaurant theme, click on the Options button.
4. On the main tab, make sure that 'Mobile back-forward button' and 'hide urlbars stop & reload buttons' is checked. You can also check "combine stop & reload buttons.
5. Right-click on a zone empty of the tab bar and select Customize.
6. Do slide forward/backward buttons, Stop and reload on the navigation toolbar.
7. Click the Customize the output at the bottom right button when finished.

Rendered Automator PDF Pages as Images not Convtering

So this is really weird. I followed the app in Automator. The file that results is not a JPEG, but just an another PDF file. What I'm missing here?

I found the answer. I needed to adjust the order of the steps. It is now:

access denied when using jsff page but fine with jspx page

Hi when I run my application am geing this error when the page loads I drag and drop of jsff page in my jspx page, but when I test the business view, that I can consult data read only mode the view has been created based on sql, but when I use only jspx page is fine I can load data

include directly inside another JSPX - jsff put rather the jsff in a stubborn taskflow and then drag this taskflow in your jspx as a region.

Region of the ADF - JSFF in JSPX Page problem

I use JDeveloper 11.1.1.7 and working on ADF
I have an area on my jspx page. For this, I created a page jspx and a workflow bounded for the region. Bounded task flows has a view and a jsff page. I dragged and has decreased the flow of work to make the region to jspx page and selected the region. It is looking without problem.
But I throw jspx page, page works fine with other components. Does not display only the region jspx on page.
How can I solve this problem?

Hello

If you use the ADF security you config the taskflow with security as well. If you don't use ADF security then you can create a new page and only add the taskflow as a region and see if it works fine in there.

I have a long page where the user must scroll down to go through all the components of the page. on the page, I have a button when the user presses it the value of an text box will be added to the table of the ADF , where the user can see in the page.
Problem is when the press user, the button of the page reloads. It's when the button is pressed, the control passes the top of the page. I tried to use the Action and ActionListener (each one separately) and again, I get the same result.
Any ideas to prohibit control to the beginning of the page, because it is not easy to use.

Cannot run the JSPX page

First of all, excuse me if my terminology is inaccurate; I am a newbie with JDeveloper.
When I try to run the JSPX page, the browser cannot connect. (Should I say 'deploy' instead of 'run' in this case?) Everything works (navigation, principal, update, delete) when I use the browser of Business components. So, I'm sure it's associated with VPN, and a configuration change is probably in order on the WebLogic Server. However, I can't even connect to the console (http://127.0.0.1:7101 / console). In JDeveloper Preferences, all under Internet and Proxy browser appears to be configured correctly as Proxy Test is successful, and as mentioned, I have no problem of communication with the DB.

It comes to the target URL which breaks down: http://127.0.0.1:7101/XXJL-ViewController-context-root/faces/myFirstPage.JSPX .

Any help would be appreciated.

Lou's right. If you run an application in the built-in server, the server administrator is used as a deployment target too. The console and the application use the same port in this case.

Please check the settings of the built-in Server: browser server application-> server-> properties and click the configuration tab. You should see 127.0.0.1 as hostname, and check the preferred port be the one you use in the url (7001) in your case.

Your comment, I conclude that you are running a virtual machine on your pc too (192.168.1.14, 192.168.1.15). Check if you have set up the network to use NAT with port forwarding. If this is the case check if you transfer favorite port. If this is the case, you must use another favorite port that you are not transferring.

My scenario is that I need to display the same value in emp.jspx

I had created a task flow frm dept.jspx to emp.jspx and emp.jspx to dept.jspx

I tried the same XML file in my emp.jspx

This means that for the faces-config. XML (the standard JSF configuration file), there is no scope spanning application except for the scope of the session. This does not mean that you should not use extended session if you use faces - config.Xml.

However, you have been advised to use the workflow and no faces - config.Xml.

I have student.jspx page where its data is entered and saved. I have major.jspx page that displays the students by their "majors".

My requirement is:
On the major.jspx page, names of students are hypertext links which, when clicked, take the user to the page of student.jspx with all the appropriate data populated.

You can do this without coding anything in java. You use separate task flow for this. On one page, you get students in a table. Each line of the student has a key attribute in the details (important in your case). All you need to do is set the identifier major in an e.g. pageFlowScope variable using a setPropertyListener as

which is performed when you click a link or button in the row. I used a button here.
With the action, you call the setCurrentRowWithKeyValue of the major VO (you drag & drop this method since the data on the stubborn workflow control). When you remove the method, you are prompted to provide the setting for the value of the key. It's the property 'to' AF: setPropertyListener above. The method call you details page which organizes the main data. The data displayed are defined with the prior method of the current line.
