  • BlackBerry Smartphones access denied when using WiFi to the web page of my carrier

Hi, guyz! I have the following situation: I am trying to access my carrier via WiFi web site, using the phone's browser, but I get the error "activate your mobile data. But, if I want to access the same page using the browser Opera, everything is OK.

Does anyone know if there is a restriction made by the operator or it is something normal to all of the carrier selling services of BIS?

Therefore, on this basis, I would deduce that your operator has some of the same device control features built into this URL and deny the application for a BB. If you change your BB browser identification (might older browsers, more recent are all automatic) to something else (for example, IE or FireFox), it is possible, you might be able to then cross through the native browser.

But, once again, of all, as you said, all I can assume is that you carrier has the blocker in place on their websites, blocks access to the browsers of BB. Why they have it is a question that only they can answer. The fact that you reproduced it with another BB only reinforces this conclusion.

    Good luck!

  • Access denied when you try to edit BOOT. INI.

I was using Norton Ghost to clone a drive for one of my clients.  The clone has failed for some reason any.  After powered my system down to remove the two discs I was working with my system turns on no longer.  I get the NTOSKRNL. EXE missing error.  I decided to take my hard drive to another computer to check the boot.ini file.  The other system is Windows 7.  I get ACCESS DENIED when I United Arab Emirates, the attrib command to reset the attributes S & H.  I have to take ownership of the file.  Can someone help me?

Why don't put you your XP drive afflicted and fix it using the XP Recovery Console?

The situation is usually very simple to solve without moving from your HARD drive to another computer - and how you can fix this if you didn't have another computer to move to-reinstall XP from scratch or 'try' a repair installation?   If you had any XP installation CD?  (The Uuless Ghost FUBAR had somehow your Windows installation)

You don't have a Recovery Console CD?  Make one following the instructions on this link:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic276527.html

If the NTOSKRNL. EXE is really missing, or even suspect, that's just replace it by using the Recovery Console.  It is in many other places on your HARD drive - just copy in a replacement and be on your way.

If you have doubts about your boot.ini, just rename or delete (rename boot.ini.bak boot.ini).  XP doesn't have a boot.ini file to start in a general single partition configuration.  It will complain, but still boot without one if all the other pieces are in place.  Your question of the NTOSKRNL. EXE missing error is unlikely to have anything to do with the boot.ini anyway, but you can try things if you wish.

If you want to take the right of a folder/file on a drive that has been moved to another computer, to implement this article:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/308421

I know not if attrib works the same in Windows 7, but XP, you type a command as the start, run or from a command prompt:

    attrib - shr c:\boot.ini

It would be 'less' (remove) the attributes system, hidden and read-only.

Here's a boot.ini file General who can help as an example, or after the content of yours, and we can take a look.

Well, then I'll start from the beginning.

I have a Seagate 1 TB HDD, I use it for recording with my HDPVR and all my video editing effects and more. Well, on my old computer, Windows XP, I got some weird settings there that all my encrypted files. I tried to put it off, but he wouldn't.
In any case, I got a new laptop, it's an ASUS with Windows 7 Home Premium. I'm trying to use some of the files that I used my old computer and put on it.
Well, when I open pictures and videos it gives me an error message. To summarize the message because it is different for different types of files. Basically it's saying that I cannot access the files because I do not have the right permissions. With .txt files it won't let me save.

  • Drive access denied when opening PDF files

I noticed this on adobe Reader Versions XI and DC. What happens is whenever someone tries to open a pdf file that has name of file path is greater than 217 characters they will receive the error 'Access denied.' rename the file or move it to a path that has character < = 216 characters users can then open. If you try to save to the location it will appear to have saved, will throw any errors, does not save everything simply.

I upgraded the drive to the new generation of DC. Tested on a new installation of Windows 8.1, I had at my disposal and tested it on all computers 15ish which give the same result. With different PDF documents are both on the internet and made by me using
    Acrobat.

    A few notes.

This only happens on the network drives.

I have access to all the locations of readers, that I tested.

I had another user test this thus giving the same results.

If I add my UNC path name of the file instead of drive letters, the amount is greater than 254.

For example, if the path of the file is H:\My network Drive\Somearbitraryfolders\filename_Greaterthan217.pdf Its always less than the 254 that windows gives to us, but if I add my \\domain\public\drivename\Somearbitraryfolders\filename_Greaterthan217.pdf UNC path so this eqauls more than 254.

So even if I can move files to this location by going through drive letters, stick them in, all that Jazz. As the reader is concerned it is the limit of windows, and may not be able to do something with it.

If the Player looks at the UNC path instead of drive letters?

If so is there a way for him to watch the drive letters?

A quick edit. I just found this

Known issues | Acrobat DC, CD player

Problem: error access denied when you try to open the PDF file of the symlink via UNC path [3844582]

So, I'm going to assume that the answer to my question is no. All that I can do is hope for a update or tell my users not to do ridiculously long paths.

  • Photoshop cs4 access denied when you try to install from disk in Windows 7 64 bit.

Photoshop cs4 access denied when you try to install from disk in Windows 7 64 bit. I tried in

safe mode and it starts to install, but get an error there as well.

    What should I do?

So when you put the disk in it does not work properly? When the disc is inserted, you should have a window pop up with 2 options. 1. install and another to see what is on the disk. Choose to open the disc or explore. Navigate to the folder where is the photoshop CS4 .exe file (which runs the Setup program), right-click on the .exe file and choose Run as administrator and it should start. See if it will install. If this isn't the case, then read below.

I don't know how long you got in the installation until so chances are, you will need to run the CS4 Cleanup utility. 2 levels to run but do not use 1 or 2 just type number 3.

    http://www.Adobe.com/support/contact/cs4clean.html

You may need to run the utility windows install cleanup too

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/290301

Before you try to reinstall the software make sure that adobe reader is not installed. If it is delete. It has caused problems in the past with vista and CS4 installs.

You can also disable windows Defender and all antivirus software. You can keep UAC Windows 7.

When installing CS4 to 90 percent, it stops almost and may take 5 to 10 minutes at the end. It's normal. What a pain huh...

After the installation is complete, restart

After restarting, go to the icon of CS4 64-bit or 32-bit (depends on 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7) in the starting area, right-click on CS4 64-bit (if you have windows 7 64 bit), and then choose Properties, Compatibility tab, and then check run as administrator at the lower part. Hit apply, ok to finish.

Now, run CS4 and run the update.

    Hi Diarra,

I checked my database and the 4543 isn't in the student edition. If you open a drawing that was created in a version more recent as the education edition and copied the part to your database, when you place this part, you will get the access denied message.

Attached is a diagram with the part, you can open it and build you circuit around it.

  • "Access denied" when you try to open a session

I get the message "Access denied" when I try to log into Windows, I have not changed my passwords or anything I know. The last time I was on the PC, it was working fine, the next time I logged in that it gave me this message.

    Hello

Do you have any other user account on the computer?

    Try the following steps:

Step 1: Check if you can connect to Windows in safe mode.

See this link for more information on how to start in safe mode:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

If you can connect to your account in safe mode, and then perform a system restore.

  • I get an error of access denied when you try to import photos from my digital camera

For some reason, windows prevented me from importing photos from my camera, and I get the following message is displayed. (The following error has occurred when importing IMG_ #.) JPG: access denied) I use windows 7. I use a USB cable to connect to the computer and never had a problem until now.  I have tried everything I can think to see why this is happening and I don't see a reason.

    Hello

    1. don't you make changes to the computer until the problem occurred?

I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below.

Method 1: Restore the default import settings

Visit the link below to learn how to restore the default import settings.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/change-settings-for-importing-pictures-and-videos

Method 2: Test of the issue on a new user account

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/create-a-user-account

    Method 3:
The problem can also be caused by your security such as anti-virus program or a firewall of Windows /Defender that can have conflicting parameters as to not not to perform certain tasks. I suggest you temporary disable antivirus and firewall and check the result again. You must activate new security that you was disabled programs.
    Disable the antivirus software:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-software

Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
