That clears up things nicely.

According to the filtering of spam in your e-mail client, or perhaps a Messaging Firewall program, you may have that the e-mail message to a folder "pending."

I use MailWasher as my e-mail filtering and firewall program, if I don't set up to report suspicious emails only. However, I accidentally deleted a few good emails, which have been badly spotted, and I missed that. In my case, with this program and my settings, I have 14 days to 'recover' e-mails deleted, until they are completely purged. You can check in the file deleted, or similar emails on your email client program or any program of filtering/firewall to see if it is still hanging around. In my case, I just re - send email to myself, and it is restored.

Otherwise, I agree with Noel, that Adobe should have a record of your purchase and S/N. Adobe Customer Service should be able to help.
