You make it very, very difficult to communicate! Transcript had cut off when it was supposed to be a printed and never received after you had paid!

I'm trying to download the trial version of InDesign, and before I could do that I had to improve my creative cloud. Once updated, my computer freaked out, acted like it was stop, then has not.
Now, I click on the creative cloud icon, but nothing appears. It runs, it will appear in the 'process' when I do the Task Manager, but in fact, nothing is displayed.
I seriously got creative cloud, ha.

Hello!
A few weeks, I just change my signature to email hotmail via the menu options, and since then, a big grey box appears on the emails that extends from left to right and is also important. I went into the signing options, re-created the signature, and for 3 weeks completely removed the signature, but I always get the grey box display. Email being accessible via www.hotmail.com, and I don't have the problem, when I answer emails via my iPad2.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, so that e-mail can be sent to the search normally. Thank you!

Hi, I'm stuck. I've been using paypal to buy my iTunes, now I get a message that I have an expired credit card but I can't open the link account to go and see what happens... nothing happens, just of sits and does nothing... when I was on via iPad says I should do by computer which is where it does not open... I am trying to download a book I just wrote, won't let me go any further and I'm about to go to the Kindle and forget it... ideas anyone?

Try this:
- Login to Adobe.com, using your Adobe ID and password.
- Click on manage an account in your name on the left side of the window.
- Search for your subscription and click on manage.
- At the bottom of the window, click on Edit payment details.
