just moved to El Capitan and now cannot update apps like message says I have either cancelled or never bought apps (they are iPhoto, that came with my Macbook

I need to update my applications for iPhoto, my printer software and iMovie, the message I get is that I have to be cancelled, or never bought these apps, well, I didn't cancel them I use them all the time and I have always had them, then, why the error message?

Apple develops is not iPhoto. It has been replaced by a new application that is installed with OS X. You will find the new app in the Apps folder. It's called pictures and works with its equivalent in the iOS on iPhone and iPad.

By the end of 2012 mini Mac, OS X El Capitan 10.11.2; Apple Watch, 38 mm silver AL, Watch OS 2.1; iPad 2 & iPhone 6 + iOS 9.2 air
