Key rotation of the book flipping page component

Hello

I have a component book flipping. It comes with the basic page turning function where the user can manually turn each page. Because there are a lot of chapters, I created buttons located under the pages so that the user can directly access specific pages. I can't find and create the code

to fix on each key to make the pages to return directly to the indicated page? The component uses AS2, I'm sure it's useful.

The following main code appears on frame 1.

Nope... I worked my way until I know by digging and learning I will.  There is no "Unlimited" pill you can take to get you there quickly.  Make a copy of what you have and dig and learn how it works.

  • Assign information types to books and pages

    Hello

    I use Robohelp 7 HTML and am trying to assign information types to books and pages. The types of information are defined, but I have no way of assigning them to books and topics. All my categories are marked as "inclusive".

    The file Adobe Hep says that:

    1. Click view > pods > list of topics. The list of topics is displayed.

    2. In the list of topics, select the topic.

    3. Click on properties.

    4. Click the Types of information...

    There is no such label.

    What I am doing wrong? Can someone please

    You do not have something wrong. What you have done, it is falling on a feature of HTML help that was never properly and fully implemented. I've had a play with the Types of information in 2000 and concluded that they were not worth the effort.

    On the one hand, they are far from intuitive for end users. An end user must know they exist, then with the right button of the table of contents and choose to sort the table of contents for the Information Type (or types) that are available.

    If you choose to continue with the Types of information, I believe that the process you follow is to create types. Looks like you got that far. In the table of contents you click then the books and Pages, then look at the properties. On the dialog box that follows, you click on the Advanced tab and check the option of the Types of information that can be used. Then, you assign types by clicking on the button Add... down.

    As the types of information are used only with the table of contents, it is not surprising, there is nothing in properties to deal with them. In addition, they don't apply to the CHM format and are totally moot if your output is WebHelp or FlashHelp.

    My best advice would be to suggest Adobe there is incorrect information in the help. I will do this with the comment that you posted in the help topic. I just opened RoboHelp X 5 and even as far as X 5 there is no information Types tab in the properties of the section.

    Pressing a key such that the page down, starts the disc rotation. I reset and even disabled caches, but I just can't help it.

    Go step by step and test.

    1. click  in the menu bar and select "force quit."

    Select Safari and click "exit of strength at the bottom of the window to Force Quit.

    Hold down the SHIFT key and launch Safari.

    2 Disable Extensions and test them.

    Safari > Preferences > Extensions

    Uncheck 'Enable the Extension' and test.

    Enable the Extensions one by one and test.

    To uninstall any extension, select it and click the "Uninstall" button

    3. delete the Caches.

    Close all windows and close all applications.

    Hold down the 'option' key, then click on the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.

    Select 'Library' in the menu dropdown.

    Library > Caches > com.apple.Safari

    The com.apple.Safari file right-click and select "move to trash".

    4. remove the Cookies.

    Safari > Preferences > privacy > Cookies and other data from the website:

    Click on the button "Details".

    Delete all cookies except those from Apple, your internet service provider and the banks.

    5 remove the test and com.apple.Safari.plist file.

    Empty the trash.

    Quit all applications.

    Hold down the option key and click on the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.

    Select 'Library' in the menu dropdown.

    Library > Preferences > com.apple.Safari.plist

    Right-click on it and select "place it in the trash.

    Turn it back on.    Restart Safari.

    If this does not help, "put back" the com.apple.Safari.plist

    Right click on the trash icon in the Dock, then select 'open '.

    Right-click on the com.apple.Safari.plist and select 'Put Back'.

    I use the add-on DW or extension, the S4W Flip book.  Someone at - it suggestions as to how I would get this to be sensitive, as the people who make the add-on - we say it does not and I don't know if it will ever be.

    I tried an iframe, but there are several browsers it does not appear.

    Flipbooks can not really be sensitive because they must have a FIXED size. They are useless on devices such as smartphones and tablets, as many are built using Flash technology which is not supported on many devices like the iPhone, iPad, Android.

    Personally if a customer wants a flipbook on site there I leave then do it for the version of office but hide Tablet/Smartphone.

  • FM11 creates blank pages on the book to refresh

    Hi guys,.

    I'm here fighting with FM11 very strange behavior.

    I have a (informal) book with several binary files of FM (structured).

    The first part of the book is the cover with a few pages of marquetry includes an auto generated by the TOC (excluding the references to the pages of beginning and end).

    This work must be completed and contains total, including the cover as the first item and the last book of 48 pages.

    Now the first component contains 3 pages and a double layout with the help of several auto set of master pages (I know there is a problem with the removal of the excess pages with no left-right MP).

    But it's not exactly my problem.

    The problem is when I try to update the book. There is a blank page being created in the first part of the book, which I got rid of in the first place.

    Which is not really a problem because I can manually delete this page (and it continues being deleted if I does not update anything).

    But the real issue is that the references are SUBSEQUENTLY updated, which means all page references in the book are a single page to come.

    This is unacceptable, because it spans all the references in the entire document, which are wrong because of this.

    Is it possible I can get FM does not create this excess blank page?

    I'm tight on the calendar and clean up the mess of my boss gave me this document, so quick responses are really appreciated.

    New day, new chance.

    I finally found a solution to this. If I manually assign each component to start at a specific page (on the left in this case), I'm can FM does not create this white page after the 3 initial cover pages.

    While this works good for this project, I still think it's a bug. Reset of the user without notice or dialogue configurations cannot be expected behavior.

  • I create a teaching workbook. How can I view my document as a layout of the book so I can see where the pages will be fit together

    I'm running on the latest version of the Pages on my Macbook. I'm working on a book project and I would like to see the layout as if it were a book laid flat. Currently I can only see one at a time online on the left side of the page using the "thumbnail".

    Does anyone know how to use the "thumnails page" but for two pages to be side by side?

    No version of Pages v5 supports the layout book (pages in front). Your options are:

    1. Export to PDF and discovers preview as 2-pages to the top.
    2. Export to Word docx and open in the free LibreOffice (writer), including a book view icon in the status bar below.
    3. Export the document to Pages ' 09, then open in Pages ' 09 v4.3 and see to 2-up.

    Several times during the last two weeks, I type up a very well thought answer on Facebook in political conversations with friends. An hour or two in my work, I struck back with the intention to edit what I wrote (perhaps after I scroll or something, then maybe I unintentionally took out of the home, the editing window). The browser takes back me a page and I lose my two hours of work. Exasperating! Shortcuts with the possibility to erase two hours of work should be able to disable. Not only that, I feel a dangerous shortcut for this same reason, which would have added a SHIFT modifier key, or something like that. I think that I invented a cool word: disable-able.

    You can set the integer pref browser.backspace_action at 2 on the topic: config page to disable rollback action. BTW, shift + return back do the reverse: move forward if possible, so that is taken as well.

    I started a photo of projects can. fine. But I would like to change the order of pages in the book. & Sliding doesn't seem to work. Or number of the edit page. Is the only way to change the pages to recreate them, and replace the layout and images? ... seems rather tedious.

    YYou can drag pages around in a book when you're in the "all pages" "layout. Press and hold on a single page at a time, and then drag it to another location.

    I think all you can do is to compare the total number of pages in both versions and apply the appropriate for your quote numbers percentage.
