  I've created several books Blurb in Lightroom in recent years. I continued to use the same model I created the first year (i.e. page layouts/legends/circles etc.), but I changed computers and cannot access this provision.   I downloaded a movie from iTunes on my Macbook Pro and want to transfer this file on my Mac Mini, which is connected to the TV. I tried to copy the file, but when I opened the file m4v on Mac Mini video open like a video at home instead of a movie. I was able to change the file type in the settings, but still the video does not appear as a purchase of iTunes with a link to iTunes Extras and other metadata.

  I know that technically I could download the movie directly from the internet to the Mac Mini, but given that I have a quota of strict data where I live (and the internet is not very fast), I would rather avoid this option if possible. I wouldn't be able to just copy the file rather than download it again on a new device?

  I would appreciate any advice.

  P.S. Something I may have stumbled, but have not yet tried: loading film on an iPad since the MacBook Pro and then by downloading it from the iPad to the Mac Mini via iTunes. Sounds ridiculous, but may not be too much work, so I'll probably give it a try.

  When you say keyword, are you referring to them, the keywords associated with a search engine? Research Management > double click on the key word column

  transfer of data from socket, simply connect two computers with a LAN cable, as I did. The problem is the URL parameter. I got the error as follows:

  Yes. Click the icon beside keywords llabel left + panel, then choose Save key words in the file. This will create xml that will lead you on your MAC and restore the hierarchy of the tag on the mac to catalog using the - click on the same + icon > import keyword in the file tags.

  In your example, you're checking whether the XML element has an attribute "NAMED" keywords.

  If you try to determine the number of times keyword 'war' appears in a specific XML newsfeed, I guess that XML elements already have an attribute named "Key words" and you check in to this existing attribute and then check if the word ' war exist in the keywords attribute, and then finally to count the number of times where that is. "

  After the announcement of this question, I was curious to see if I could manage a sort of synchronization with Hazel (noodlesoft.com, only for the Mac).

  And guess what?

  Yes, I did!

  At the moment, I can synchronize my file of keywords and Collections of bridge between an iMac and a MacBook Pro through my SIN (but it could also be DropBox or similar).

  What I've done (this only applies to people who use or wish to use, Hazel on their Mac (s)):

  I created a folder on my NAS called "bridge between the two.

  On my Mac (iMac and MBPro), I created a rule in Hazel to synchronize the "Collections" folder and the "Adobe Bridge Keywords.xml" file to the folder on the NAS.

  (This folder and files are located in the users/username/Library/Application Support / Adobe / Bridge CC')

  Because I do a sync and not a simple copy that crushes everything that carries the same name, the most recent files are copied and crushed.

  Then I let Hazel run a script, again on two Macs, so check between the local folder to Adobe Bridge and the folder on the NAS to see if anything on the NAS is more recent than on the local folder of Adobe Bridge.

  If so, these files are copied from the NAS in the local folder of existing files or Adobe Bridge, crushing everything.

  It's this simple dish, and it works for me because I have all of the Mac upward in exactly in the same way. It is important for the Collections of synchronization.

  The Collections in Bridge are simple XML (for example collection.filelist) files where the bridge stores the name and path of a file in the collection.

  In my case, this means that any file in a collection has the same path on Mac, as long as this file is located on a share of SIN or inside my (local) working folder everyday, that's synced between my Mac thanks to a very useful NAS utility.

  If you need to manage with Mac that are not set up exactly the same (username, folder locations and names etc.), you need to modify the Collections file to match it.

  And because these are files XML, a simple "search & replace" might do the trick.

  Bottom Line:

  The synchronization works for me because of two identical configured Macs. If this isn't the case, then the timing of Collections can be very difficult and time consuming (change the paths).

  Synchronization of key words or even a workspace of the bridge should be no problem, because there is no path or what that stored in these files.

  I hope someone benefits form my conclusions.

  I keep all of my current sites on three computers. A desktop and two laptops. It helps to have a dedicated sites for flash player and I try to only make changes on one system (the office) and then copy the updated sites on laptops for the meeting with customers and remote download. If I have to make changes to the location of the customer, I have simply bring home updates and copy them on the desktop.

  You have access to the files on each computer in the another computer - can you open and read them?  In other words, the network connection is working properly and you have the permissions of files and folders?  If this isn't the case, after return and we will address this as a separate issue.

  If so all you need to do is open Exploere Windows on a machine, and map a drive to the C:\ drive on the other machine.  Here's how to map a drive to another computer: http://www.vista4beginners.com/Map-Network-Drive.  You "got to do thi on the other machine if you want to share files in the two directios.

  Once done, open Windows Explorer and go to the drive where, the file to be copied, right-click on it and select copy.  Then go back to Homepage Windows computer and select the drive where you want to copy the file (in this case, the mapped network drive).  Go whenever you want to copy and click the folder where you want that he stored and right-click and select Paste.  The file will be copied.  That's all there is to it.  Once the mapped drives copy really works exactly as it does if you have just one computer that you are handling.

The best way to share images between computers would be to have the catalog and images on an external hard drive, they can be moved between computers.

  You cannot synchronize between computers, what can be done if, for the information of your E2 to the Vista 64 bit PC Sync via bluetooth. You can check in your device manager to see if the PC has already installed bluetooth. If it finds just the port bluetooth on your PC, put the E2 a few inches from the PC and in the hotsync Manager choose to hot sync through bluetooth. If you have not already installed on your PC, you will need to purchase a bluetooth USB bluetooth dongle, install the drivers that come with it and then synchronize. The first time you sync it might take a little while that according to the amount of data you have on the device.  I hope this helps...

  If the file has the help of keywords (and it will not default keywords, you must tell LR to put key words), then you can force Lightroom to read via metadata-> reading metadata from files. But if the keywords are not there, then re - import photos in LR5 and read sidecar files don't get you where you want to go.
