  You can certainly move the software from an old computer to a new one, just need to disable the old products by clicking Help > sign from the software.

It helps to have a dedicated sites for flash player and I try to only make changes on one system (the office) and then copy the updated sites on laptops for the meeting with customers and remote download. If I have to make changes to the location of the customer, I have simply bring home updates and copy them on the desktop.
