  They keyboard might not be the problem, or it may not be connected properly to the motherboard the best thing to do is to take it to a service center, it should not cost you anything, if it is still under warranty... but if it's just the keyboard and your laptop is out of warranty then it should cost more than 100-200... can't say how much exactly, because I have no idea.

  Select features

  Select Create Adobe PDF

  Select the Visio to do the same thing

  Save the transform file and install Acrobat by using the transform file.

  After the upgrade to win 8 from win 7 on my laptop, that some special character keys don't work in the exact way. For example, when I press SHIFT + @-> I get "result and vice versa.

  Also the sign of the backslash works. It gives the character # and hash gives me character £.

  Another possibility is the incompatibility with the constant guard of Comcast program, which is not compatible with Win 8.  I had the same problem (1-0 on the main keyboard keys don't work), but once I uninstalled the constant guard, everything worked again.   The process that caused strange behavior has been PWMTR64.dll which is a ThinkPad Power Manager background service. Turn it off solved the problem.   Regarding the problem of scrolling, I had a few ideas I wanted to try to see if I could reproduce this as I think this is your problem. Alas, it seems that your problem is not what I think it is or I just can't reproduce it.
