  The Blender Forum figured it out for me. It ends up being the constant guard of Comcast. I didn't think that I had the problem right after that I installed. What's funny, is that the uninstall survey had this problem listed in their "why did you uninstall constant guard ', looks as if it's in the investigation, they must be hard at work to fix.

  The following is a general list of things, try when the question is not in a specific file, and when it is not caused by problems with opening a file from external media.   It probably won't, but you can try: press SHIFT five times (keys to sticky window appear) > go to the easy access Center to disable keyboard shortcuts > uncheck turn on sticky keys when SHIFT is pressed five had > OK

  Recently installed windows seven and after I had run a few days this problem came: when I touch some of the keys on the keyboard I get shortcuts, it is somehow similar to stickkeys. The problem is that it appeared to me first after watching a movie on the computer and next time when I got it running during the night, which means I didn't do anything to start it.
