  I am trying to solve a problem with 2 MacBook Pro running El Capitan trying to print to a Minolta C454e with accounting codes. Currently there are no problems with Windows machines on the network, and when I turn off the functionality of account codes to the printer, the MacBook can print normally. When I turn on the accounting function, the looks of MacBooks as it prints normally, however, nothing goes to the printer. No error code / notification occur in OSX or the printer. Have contacted Konica on the current driver and long story short, told me to call Apple (figures). After you have installed the printer driver, go into the features and layout introduction accounting codes and save the settings in a preset, print the application (for example, Safari). If you would be grateful if someone can point me in the right direction on what could be missed, thank you.

  Unlike almost all other manufacturers of printer, Konica-Minolta did not an agreement with Apple to get Apple to distribute their printer drivers. The only source for Konica-Minolta for the Mac drivers is Konica-Minolta.

  I bought a new computer with windows 7 (64-bit) and tried to download the driver from the konica minolta website, but then after that troubleshooting for 5 times the printer finally works!  but I can not scan anyone experienced this problem before?

  Please answer the following questions, then we can help you accordingly:

  1. do you receive any error messages?

  2 is it a Flash DRIVE or a network printer/scanner?

  3 have you tried scanning using the built-in Windows Fax and Scan? If this isn't the case, yet, please try to scan using Windows Fax and Scan so that we can identify the problem.

  Here's how to scan using Windows Fax and Scan:
  1. to Start > all programs > fax and scan Windows.

  

  2. click on the button new analysis in the toolbar.

  

  3. click the Preview button. Your scanner should start working now and it will take a few seconds to process.

  4. If you are satisfied with the result, click the scan button.

  Keep us updated on the result.

  You wouldn't be the first person to have to buy new hardware to the operating system time change.  Do you have older machines with the connected printer already that you can use to access the printer (if possible), or you can run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor to see what it does to your printer?

  I am just in the process of establishing a new office with small wireless network and printer. The printer is a Konica Minolta bizhub C450, which is connected to the netgear hub. I downloaded the driver for Konica Minolta bizhub C450 and installed and my laptop which is fully functional on the network shows the default printer. I have allowed sharing the printer and rebooted everything and renamed my computer. I can't print anything even a test page - can someone help please?

  I agree with you that the C450 is difficult to implement... at least doesn't manuals make it easy.

  You should not take the IP address configured on your computer different from the IP address set in the printer, but because you're in an office, get the person of office network to help is a good idea.

  With the limited information you supplied I would check the configuration of the print queue. If you open information system (located under Applications > utilities), you will see a column on the left and if you select printers the right pane displays the print queue information. Note If you have multiple printers, you can select in the right upper pane to view its information in the bottom right pane. Can you copy this information and paste it here.

  I'm able to printfrom my windows XP laptop but not from my desktop Windows Vista Home Premium. He used to work on Vista before. I don't know what has changed. Original printer disk has no drivers for Vista. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer on my desk. He installed the deivers ok since my drive hard but would not print! I get no error messages either. Microsoft FixIt has not found any problem.

  I found the problem.  My coil was not managed properly; This is the reason why the file wouldn't install.  So I decided, Konica, it is the right file. The PDF file is misleading.

  Hey everybody,

  Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.

  I have a Konica Minolta MAXXUM 5 d camera for years. Recently, I started to have a black screen and "ERR" in the viewfinder by trying to take a picture. Sometimes after the first photo.

  Everything I read online tells me this is a common problem with these models. I tried to contact companies that fixed the issue, but none of them don't do it either. They have more parts.

  I called Sony support and they were very helpful. They said that they no longer support the cameras, and I was out of luck.

  All this camera or know where I can go for a resolution? I have a bunch of lenses for it, and if everyone does not help me, what should I do? I just want to take pictures once again.

  I hate to burst your bubble, but your Maxxum 5 d has probably reached the end of its useful life.
  You may replace an economic plus option and then fix a camera almost 10 years.
  By investing a few hundred dollars you can get a news and updates Sony DSLR that will offer you a new vision about the world of photography.
  And Yes, each goal Minolta or Sony A-bajonjet fit and work perfectly. I always use lenses, that I bought with my Minolta 9000 in the last century and will continue to use them on my Sony A77.

  I have a good Konica Minolta Di1611 printer scanner copier purchased in 2003 only 86 000 best on the clock. I just changed my computer which has windows 7. Windows 7 does not support the copier as Konica Minolta have not upgraded the windows drivers have not left the previous drivers so I can not print from my PC or I can scan and send it to my PC. I understand that costs money to progress, but when printers cost £800.00 to £ 1200.00 to buy it is a bitter pill hard to swallow. Someone out there has managed to find the drivers for this machine which works on windows 7? Is there a way to turn this inextricable situation than buying a whole new model costs more than £1000.00?

  Konica is responsible to make drivers for their printers.

  If the manufacturers website has no drivers for Windows 7, try to use Windows Update to install the printer drivers:

  You can also try the latest drivers, they are in compatibility mode - it may or may not work:

  Troubleshoot Compatibility

  This can help with some (but not all the) programs/drivers:

  (1) uninstall the program, if it is already installed. Then when install you / reinstall instead of double click on the Setup file, right click and select 'resolve compatibility issues.

  (2) then click on 'Try recommended settings' and in the next window, click on "Start the Program" to install it.

  (3) after he set up see if it works properly. Note: some programs may not be able to run in Windows 7.

  I tried several times to install drivers for my Konica Minolta 2300W Color Laser Printer under Win 7 x 64. The printer driver continues to fail. I studied information on the support site of Konica, and even Windows Vista drivers updated in starting y2008 do not, install with the same error:

  Have you tried right-clicking on the exe of the Minolta and then selecting run as administrator?

  I have a Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W laser printer that works very well, I just updgraded to Windows7 from XP but my printer no longer works. It appears as PP1350W in the "Devices and printers" window as a device not specified. I tried to install drivers Vista for the Page Pro 1400W and now that the printer appears in "printers and faxes", however the PP1350W is still listed as a specified device and printing on the 1400W does nothing. Worse, it is not I can't even remove the 1400W no matter how many times I said to delete, it appears just automatically again. Is there a generic driver for the PagePro 1350W that will work in Windows7 so I can at least have the basic printing features?

  What I see in the Center of compatibility , there are several versions of the PagePro printer compatible but the 1350 is not listed.  The 1100 and 1400 are listed but not the 1350.  I would check with Konica to see if they have updated drivers for your specific model or if the drivers for one of the other patterns may work with your printer.

• Konica Minolta reported that a driver Windows 7 will be available in July 2010. It's February. What should I do to print until then?

  Has anyone found a driver that loads to run their Magicolor 2300W printer?  I tried the disc that came with the printer, Vista drivers downloaded, tried to add drivers additional w64 XP.  None of them have worked.  I even tried to close the numbers of models known to Windows 7 and none of it works.  Now, my only recourse is to print a file pdf or something stupid like that and move the files to a computer printer driver works and the feel of this place.  It's crazy!  I hope that someone from Microsoft or from Konica Minolta is montitoring that.

  This is not the problem of Microsoft. Drivers are the responsibility of the hardware manufacturer... Looking for a new printer...
