ksh: @$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/addmrpt.sql: not found.

Hi all

My Version of the OS:-AIX Version 7.1

OS versions:-11.2.0.3

When I am trying to run the addmrpt.sql script, and then I get the error message like: -.

ksh: @$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/addmrpt.sql: not found.

If anyone of you can guide me why I am facing this problem

I tried to Google out, but do not get the correct result

Thanks in advance

It seems that you try to run a script of a Korn Shell with the sqlplus SQL file.  He should be executed by sqlplus (that can be run inside a Korn Shell)

    Hello

    I have no way of knowing what has happened on your system--maybe your installation had problems, maybe someone deleted files, maybe something happened - but in any case you can always run AWR using dbms_workload_repository. You need to specify db id that you can find in v$ database, inst_num (set it to 1 unless you use a RAC) and start and end snapshot IDs - you can find those DBA_HIST_SNAPSHOT.

  • Missing ORACLE_HOME, SQLPLUS - bash: sqlplus: command not found

    OK, I'm a newbie, but a real difficulty with my G 10 DB I had implemented on Unix Solaris, but someone has been messing around with it, and now I can't see ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_BASE and ORACLE_SID, they return all empty when I try to 'echo' of each.

    I realize I should have initially he set in Bash_profile, but now is too late.

    So, how can I set them back to the top, I can't get SQLPLUS / AS SYSDBA... bash: sqlplus: command not found

    I tried to reset and to export but still does not work.

    I got the ORACLE_BASE as:

    Training:/export/home/training/product/10.2.0/Db_1:N

    but, can't seem to define three variables to launch SQLPLUS, any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Tried messing around to reset but nothing works, it's the current state of things:

    For sure your ORACLE_HOME is incorrect.  It should be a subdirectory of the ORACLE_BASE, but you ORACLE_BASE as a subdirectory of ORACLE_HOME.  This fully explains your "msg not found error".

    Replace the code shown with

    TMP = / tmp; Export TMP

    TMPDIR = $TMP; export TMPDIR

    Export ORAENV_ASK = NO

    export ORACLE_SID = ORCL

    .  oraenv #.< that's="" dot="" space="">

    unset ORAENV_ASK

    ORACLE_TERM = xterm; export ORACLE_TERM

    PATH = / usr/sbin: $PATH; export PATH

    Use of oraenv will put all other environment variables used by Oracle.  It assumes that your/etc/oratab file is installed correctly.

    Hello

    I'm running sqlldr. But I got this message:

    2100 message not found; No product message file = RDBMS, installation = UL;

    I checked my ORACLE_HOME and its value is: C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server which includes records BIN, RDBMS,...

    I checked my C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\RDBMS and there is no ORAUS. MSG inside the folder. If this is the solution where I can find this file? I read in the forums in order to copy it into the directory of the server to the client, but I couldn't find anywhere on my machine.

    Thank you
    M

    You should look for ORAUS. MSB and not ORAUS. MSG: this file must be located in C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\RDBMS\mesg\oraus.msb

    Try the following:

    1. check the IP address on the computer. Make sure that your gateway is accessible. You can disable the firewall on the PC as well.

    2 remove THE LAN settings.

    3. use of different browser (e.g. Firefox) will help isolate the problem.

    4. try different computer also.

    5. If still does not work, you can reset the router and reconfigure.

  • ORA-06508: PL/SQL: called program unit is not found

    I found this error in a project and I was confused as the program unit is there, but the error indicates the program unit is not found. So I'm googling and find an answer here oracle - ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit called - Stack Overflow where a packet can be stateless or stateful after recompilation. I wonder, the idea of the package is we can change the package body and compile without the need to compile the package specification if the specification is not changed. If I compile them both, it will be fine, no more error, but I need compile the client application - form of Oracle.

    My question is:

    1. as the variables, constants, and the sliders that declares a package create the State (as explained in the link above), when should I use?

    2. why the error information correctly? I mean why not... say something like... "the package is with State..."

    Thank you

    regard, ib

    1 use them when you need to use - that is what really you ask?

    2. like the other article says that you probably never gave us the last exception to a trace. What does "I found this error in a project" mean? You won't "find" exceptions - Oracle reports. If show details of how the code was executed and all of the exceptions as Oracle supplied ALL participate.

    Package plug most will include the constants and cursor statements. That rarely only functions/procedures will be declared. In General, do NOT recomiling/change packages in production environments.

    But if you do then you'll probably apps that do not as you describe. As doc says Oracle quotes will be implicitly recompile time code first (although still have reported that initial exception) so that the references are not lacking.

    To set the same, tried the resolution below as suggested on the forums and did not fix the issue

    1. define the Application-> default Application of properties-> Run/Debug/profile-> Edit and set java options like - Duser.timezone = "-05:30.
    2 edited the jdev.conf file and set the AddVMOption property - Duser.timezone = 'GMT + 05:30 '.

    The steps that worked.

    Set java options like - Duser.timezone = "-05:30 ' for each project that is available in the application.
    Note: This correction of the problem. But my application has more than 10 projects and must be repeated. So for each application and its projects step below must be repeated.

    I understand that there is a resolution. But is there a solution to the same difficulty in JDEV level. If so help me please on the same sample.

    Kind regards
