• Kuler desktop installation problems

  I am encouraged to install Kuler Desktop, but I can't. I just intalled Apolo, but the error continues.

• Problems running Kuler Desktop using Air (Mac)

  I have problems with the Kuler desktop, which runs via Adobe Air. I tried to reinstall Adobe Air and Kuler Desktop, without a bit of luck. Air and Kuler both installed without error. Once I run the application "Kuler Desktop" the color wheel rotates right in the centre of the window with the message "Sorry, no items were found" at the top of the window. I can use my widget Kuler dashboard very well and because it works, I don't think it's a connection problem.
  
  I am running 10.5.3 if it matters at all.
  
  Am I missing something? Does anyone else have this problem?

  Hi dmane,

  Please, try the following steps:
  1. go to user > library > Preferences, delete com.adobe.kuler.Desktop. folder [variable]
  2. go to the user > library > Application Support > Adobe > AIR > ELS, delete com.adobe.kuler.Desktop. folder [variable].
  3. restart the system and then restart the kuler desktop.

• Problem with connection Kuler Desktop

  When I tried to type the '@' character in my ID Adobe kuler just quit unexpectedly. I think it's because on my keyboard the @ is typed with the Alt right and Q and it is also the shortcut to quit smoking for kuler. Ideas for a workaround? Is it possible to change the Adobe ID to something without the @?

  Maybe try to type your e-mail address into another application, copy and paste?

• Problem with the Kuler GUI

  Many professional graphic arts work with screens high resolution (mine is normally at 1600 x 1200 dpi and sometimes finer than that) and, unfortunately, ultra-small gray unscaleable Kuler text on a dark background is almost completely unreadable.
  
  Kuler at all useful for us, to really be able to pop in and out of its GUI without having to change our normal working screen settings.
  
  Please see what you can do to make the type larger or, at least, set it in EMs so it's scalable.

• Problem of extensions on Windows 10

  Hi all

  I have problems on Windows 10. First my Applications of Photomerge Lightroom CC start no more, they do nothing.

  What I find most disturbing, is that I tried to install an extension for Photoshop. To do this, I installed the extensions Manager, and none of my Applications stood.

  I uninstalled unnecessary extensions Manager now, but now photoshop gives me strange error messages that appear to be associated with the plugins at startup.

  even if everything still seems to work (for example the NIK plugin). It is not only annoying get error messages, but also that I have cannot install other extensions more.

  What I can do. I can reinstall everything without losing all my settings on Lightroom for. for example?

  As I wrote that there is no extension manager for 2015 of CC. Then you tried the extensions manager was not for CC 2915.  Manage the extension has been moved to the cloud creative desktop application and requires that menu help > Browse Ad - ons serve so that extensions must be packaged for this web application.  There are also problems of compatibility and extensions are not packaged for menu modules of eyebrows.  When I install CC 2105, I expect color themes Adobe must be installed as and extension.  When I first open CC 2015 menu window > extensions is gray but after awhile it UN-gray and color themes extension Adobe is. If the creative Cloud Desktop Application must be CC 2015 extensions installation. The eyebrows module only shows themes of colors compatible with CC 2014 Adobe and has tags panel, Kuler and color.  I see Kuler extensions in my CS6 and CC. So, for the modules through the less to say write ups leave a bit to be desired. Also, make sure that your Windows 10 lives settings are see to allow to see and search for files and hidden folders.  I see many files to Adobe extensions on my system windows 10... some CC 2015 but I also installed CS2, CS6, CC and CC 2014

  They are not installable in the application of obsolete Plugin Manager. They show as purchased on the new CC web add Manager, sync is on, but only a handful are in place such as Kuler and AdobeEMailer. Double USM for example is supposed to appear on the filters menu (and not before the release of June), but he isn't.  There is no error log I know for this kind of failure that seems all hidden in the web cloud CC process to add ons and extensions.  What seems to be the addons and extensions start appearing as they upgraded to the new version. This looks like the case with Double USM, which is now available, but has been absent for a month or so after the release in June. So I see how it works as long as the extension developers playing catch up with Adobe, which is inevitable I guess and is something to know if extensions are an integral part of your

  workflow.

• CC 2014 Illustrator / Kuler - sync!

  I use a mac on above CC 2014 illustrator. I go to Kuler / color set up my color chart and it does not sync with Illustrator?

  I had the same problem. Here's what I found. Try the window (the top menu) > color themes. It has a palette that brought in my Kuler - now Adobe swatches.

  If someone gets a problem like that, try to empty the cache extensions (there are several files, not only the Local/Temp one) before reinstalling your add-on.

  ACI appears it was a temporary bug, it's now corrected, without doing me anything, the link works now and the download button is too far.

• Photoshop CS6 unable to use due to display problems driver (Intel)

  Hello

  I have problems using Photoshop CS6 (don't no extended version). I recently installed the design standard and I'm not having this problem with Illustrator.

  Whenever I run PS, I get a pop up with "display graphics drivers Intel HD for Windows 8 (R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered". PS opens but I don't use it and I have to force the end task in Task Manager.

  I have an Asus laptop (i7) with Windows 8.1, Intel HD 4400 graphics card, there is also a NVIDIA Geoforce GT 740 M graphics card.

  so far:

  I installed the latest driver from Intel (10.18.10.3345).

  I restarted mode safe and can open PS - I get the message "Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver and has temporarily disabled the improvements using graphics hardware. I use PS in safe mode. I then re-booting and can use PS normally, but after an another re-boot or awakening of sleep the problem reappears.

  I tried to 'Basic' or "Normal 'in the advanced settings." The problem recurs.

  I connect this laptop to VGA to an external monitor from Dell, but this does not happen only when it is connected externally.

  Any help to fix this would be appreciated!

  Photoshop doesn't work well with 2 different gpu.  It should be an option to disable the Intel.  Saw a post in the last day or two any bug in the driver of 4400.  But darn do not remember what was the symption.

  Google can probably how to disable the card for your specific computer.

• CC Illustrator crashes when I use kuler/Add kuler swatches!

  I have problems with Kuler in illustrator (Mac OS 10.7.5). CC

  The kuler range is empty! If I want to add kuler swatches (downloaded) Illustrator crashes.
  Search in kuler panel do not work also.

  

  There are also problem when I go to the preferences/sync... setinngs Illustrator crushes too.

  I did all that I could find on the web. Uninstaling, restaring, cleaning... nothing works! Where is the trap?

  I also check in PS CC as well as expansion of kuler very well.

  

  Please help as soon as POSSIBLE.

• Extensions Exchange and Kuler, unable to connect costs to install CC products

  I just installed CC yesterday (PS, ID, I, PR, FL, DW, LR, AE, Exchange and a few others). After the success of the download and installation, nothing in the extensions Panel will load. Of course, I have that Kuler and Exchange at the moment but, no connects to any product. The product of Exchange will connect stay but the extension won't. Here is a screen-cap of the window. Any suggestions? I already checked the "allow the Exchange to connect" button is checked in all products.

  I got your email, but unfortunately there was no attached zip file.

  -The fact that your AdobeOnlineDefault registry value is set to 0 is most likely the problem.

  Set this value to 0 tells the Adobe Extensions to "do not connect to the Internet" - and 1 configuration allows extensions to connect to the Internet. It is very curious that this value is set to 0 in your registry - perhaps another extension on your machine previously set this property to 0 without intending to influence the other extensions. Can you try changing this value to 1, by restarting your computer and then by opening the Panel change once again?

  If it still does not work, try to send the newspapers for me and I'm going to continue the investigation.
