l accidentally deleted a program rtl120.bpl (library of the inso) Please tell me how to reinstall

LM up... l accidentally give not unhooked a program by the name of rtl120.bpl (library of the inso). How and where to find a way to install it back... and l lt seems to have an impact on several things on my computer instead of Tune up Utilities... I would be appreciated anybodys help with this question... Thank you... Brent Hunt
