I accidentally deleted a program audio sigmatel

Hi, I accidentally deleted my audio program sigmatel then that I was in my Control Panel Add and remove programs.

Now I have no sound on my computer and have not figured out how to restore the audio sigmatel program.

Can anyone help me to restore the sound on my computer. If so, could you give me a process step by step on how to do it.

I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone can give me. My computer is a Dell XPS-200.

Thank you

Tom

  • How do we install cmd.exe? I accidentally deleted the program.

The other day I decided to move the command prompt on my desk (not too smart) and have my trash automatically remove items the value is not a good thing when there are essential programs around.

Could someone tell me what I can do to re - install this program?

I've been contemplating a freeware command prompt, but I really do not trust this option.

Thanks in advance for your help-

    Probably from Accessories folder?

Its a shortcut, the real cmd.exe must always be located in the System32\ folder

  • I accidentally deleted my sound program, how can I get it back

I was going to delete a program in the control panel that I didn't need, but accidentally deleted that bad now, I have no sound system or headphones

    Either:

    * install the audio drivers CD/DVD media supplied with your machine (or support for that partition)

    or (and this is better):

    * Go to the manufacturer's Web site, find the support page for your unit and download the latest audio drivers from there and then install them.

    See you soon,.

  • I accidentally deleted my audio device and it states that my audio shortcut is zero, how do I get the sound back?

While cleaning my computer to try to speed it up, I accidentally deleted the audio driver and now it says me that the audio driver must be installed and my audio shortcut is zero.

I have tried everything I have to do?

Go to the official website of the manufacturer (example: toshiba.com) and go to the support section and pilots. Physically look at your computer or laptop for the model (example: Toshiba Satellite A300-ST4505). Search for it on the site, download and install the audio driver for Windows XP.

  • Accidentally deleted "multimedia audio devices."

Also accidentally uninstalled "multimedia audio devices" under "other devices" in Device Manager. I think that was my realtek audio. I can't restore the hard drive to the system and did I not the xp installation disc. How to make a comeback?

    Hi Saikkussu,

Usually, if uninstall you it, by doing a reboot it will end up.

You can also visit the manufacturer's website and try to download the drivers for your card.

Also check in windows update for hardware updates.

    2. go to your computer or the manufacturer of the its site map > drivers download Section > search your computer or your sound card model number (if you have installed a sound card) > your operating system > find the Audio drivers, etc for this > download and install.

  • Accidentally deleted Microsoft Office programs

I am a stupid and accidentally deleted all of my Windows Office programs (Word, Excel). I can not find them anywhere I have the Vista instalation disc but it says error code 0 x 80070020 and cancels. I tried looking for answers but am at a loss... someone can help me please?

Please provide details, did you accidentally delete the icons of "Programs of Office" or did you actually uninstall programs from Add/Remove programs.

To reinstall Office programs, you must use the office installation media not the Vista installation disc.

If you just remove the icons (shortcuts) for the programs, you can easily restore them.

Please confirm that you actually did.

  • I accidentally deleted the directory "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft ' my 64 bit Windows Vista system. How can I get it back?

I accidentally deleted the directory "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft ' my 64 bit Windows Vista system.  How can I get it back?

    original title: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft

    You can try this program:

    http://www.filehippo.com/download_recuva/

Use the deep Scan option. It may take some time.

The System File Checker can repair some of the files in there, but probably not all.

It's probably at least some of the files that have been overwritten. so I would say the the more safe thing to do is to reinstall Windows.
