L502X is a real battery or it was a scam?

Hello

20 days ago, I bought this battery which has sell as authentic original DELL battery, when I received it it looked like a lot, I noticed as a spare (no genuiene) battery I had previouslly, as I always around. Also, I still have the battery supplied with the laptop and this new alike.

Well, the situation is that this new battery is a failure already after 20 days of use and the seller offer me to change it for another, but I don't know if I want that if I receive a battery that is not original, also, I paid for that around 90 dollars.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

I have laptop Lenovo Z570 after my installation of drivers, I tried to install the software Center solution for the control of hardware device and system of Lenovo. I have solved all the problems, but there is always a message in the center of solution showing this real battery not attached. I checked the battery series and the number of piece and found it's prescribed parts that came with your laptop and user written in textbooks. What really is the problem, it is the true message please see the snapshot of the message.

If you're referring to this "Solution Center":

    http://support.Lenovo.com/en_US/product-and-parts/detail.page?docid=PD022501

See under "supported systems": download page

    http://support.Lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?&LegacyDocID=MIGR-73784

Your Z570 is not supported for this software. Most of the functions will work on your system, but the battery report no not because you do not have the "Power Manager" in your Z570. I think that you have the software of "energy management".

I have the Toolbox Lenovo's ThinkVantage (LTT) installed in my Y470 (Win 7). This software is also 'not supported' for my Y470. Really, it was created for the ThinkPads, but everything works, EXCEPT the "unloaded" because I do not have the installed "Power Manager". The error, "genuine battery not attached" isn't the truth and false. You should put your faith in the software of management of energy says.

There is no "difficulty" to do this, because this software was not created for your 'Z' Ideapad series.

I hope that this clears the problem for you. Be happy, if all the other "Solution Center" programs in your Z570.

    See you soon

    Hello

I think the keyboard could be compatible, but I doubt the battery designed for Sat A110 would be compatible with the model A100.

As far as I know the Satellite A100 supports the 9 cell, 6000mAh
    PA3478U-1BRS or 12 PA3400U-1BRS battery and the A110 supports PA3457U-1BRS Battery Pack Li-ion (4300mAh, 8 cells)

  • Z10 NEW Z10 BATTERY BLACKBERRY BlackBerry WAS NOT COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE

    HIII friends

I bought the new Blackberry Z10 a month earlier, but its battery is charged not 100%, she loaded only 94% maxmimum and drains also faster, have already switch off device several times, remove the battery and start the machine again, but even if I have the problem from the front, the battery is charged at only 94%.

Please let me know what to do.

Before you take out the battery, do NOT turn off the unit.

Try this: leave it plugged into the charger wall stock OEM.

With it connected and switched on, disconnect the minute battery and replace.

Check the percentage of drain on the next day and go through the SAME procedure.

Don't forget, the percentage charge is not an exact science, but rather an estimate by the software of the charge, based on the current, historical drain power and recharge, etc.

  • 5s short battery life iPhone, phone like new 6 months.

I bought my iPhone about 6 months ago. I have problems with the battery life. I plug all night. Unplug in the morning and about 4 hours he spends 100% to 40%, even without me using the telephone. I thought to buy a new battery from Amazon and change myself. I found videos on YouTube showing how do, and it seems very easy to do. Someone out there chaned their own battery before? Was it easy to do? And your phone has worked for you once you have changed your battery yourself?

Just thought I ask. I am one of these people if it's something I can do for my part, I do. Does anyone has an entry on the situation before I try this on my own?

    Hello

The battery on the iPhone is not replaceable by the user. The battery - if that is the real problem - is covered by the limited warranty of one year of Apple.  If the iPhone is out of warranty, Apple also offers a service of the battery. The cost for this varies across countries (currently $79 in the United States, for example).

However, as a first step, I suggest that you try to solve the problem of life battery. You can, for example, to consider measures such as:

If the problem persists, I suggest you contact Apple technical support or make a Genius Bar reservation for assistance in identifying / confirming the issue and, if necessary, to set up your service from the available battery options, time and cost.

  • New battery is not charged or recognized on my laptop satellite

    Hello

I recently bought a new and said to be the original (on ebay) battery for my laptop Toshiba Satellie. I have aready replaced my battery once with no real battery that hold less then a year. However, I got the "no battery is detected" when I have insalled first battery, and now I get the notification ' Plugged in and not charging.

I looked and tried several solutions found on the internet, including the re - install the driver ACPI battery and some ways to restart, but was not helpful. I suspect it has to do with my power adapter that is not in its best condition, or the battery itself is defective.

    I'd appreciate any suggestions.

    Thank you

    Hello

I think that the battery is not compatible / incorrect or defective.
First of all you n t need the drivers to operate battery
So if you didn't have the same problem with the battery, then I would say that the battery is not ok.

This means that you need test the other batteries...

  • T430s battery problems

So, my previous thread (http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/T400-T500-and-newer-T-series/T430S-Microsoft-ACPI-Compliant-Control-Meth... got no response. I want to be updated, however, as I'm positive, I can't be the only person who always ran to this.

Situation: my T430s keeps giving me a safe to delete the 'Compatible Microsoft ACPI Control method battery' message (safe to remove the battery) despite my no Files this behavior knowingly. In addition, strangely / in this connection, my Lenovo Power Manager shows a second battery being connected - there is only one. The battery is showing that "second battery: Condition ' mistake".

Real battery is charged / wedges cool / works normally. Computer always gives me this error when it is connected to current alternative without battery in the system.

I'm running two software programs that manage / handle power: magician of Samsung (for my Samsung SSD) and Lenovo Power Manager.

I am convinced that this false message 'second battery' is the key to the problem. I have contacted Lenovo support and I'm under warranty and they sent me some recovery disks (should be here soon) to try and isolate the potential problem of the software, but I think that it is hardware, because I've been running this setup since I got my laptop with zero problems. If the software reset does not solve (reset), then they will send a technician to replace the motherboard. Messages appear to be related to the movement of the computer and parts... but I'm just confused.

Does anyone else have this problem before? Would love to insight.

So. Here is why none of this made sense: the problem is that one of the screws of the casing was released into the ultrabay slot and touched the power between the cart and the mobo connector. In addition, some Ribbon was on it (?). Incredible. I'm sorry for my stupid question.

    • Quad-core AMD A10 processor, up to 6 hours of battery life

    Hello

I bought this laptop about a week ago, and a large part of my decision was the battery life.

However, the real battery life is nowhere near the up to 6 hours. I have 2.5-3 hours if I'm lucky. It is to have a Plan of power saving and activated only basic features. I'm just surfing the web till now and havn't played any videos or music on it.

I used HP Battery Check and he says it's ok. I also use a 3rd party verification software battery and indicates that the battery is your 100% capacity.

I know it says up to 6 hours and I wasn't expecting 6 hours. Perhaps use 4-5 hours with the general but 2, 5-3 hours on the economy and browing like Facebook, Amazon sites, news sites etc is a bit ridiculous.

Until I take that back, I was wondering if there is something that I miss or not do or could do...

Thanks in advance for any help.

  • Eror strange message on battery

I have a 6 cell battery 'zero and tooth' the decision-making of Lenovo in may for my T61p (8889).  The battery was new with no cycle on it.  Recently, he started giving the ball to error "not a real battery for Lenovo." Of course, it's a real battery Lenovo (and still in excellent condition).

Did anyone had a similar experience with the Lenovo batteries or non-Lenovo?

    Hi sktn77a,

For the SL series, they advise that:- http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-71269

Perhaps, it applies also for T-series?

  • Battery not calibrated, should replace?

Hi, I have a HP G61 laptop, product no. VR523EA #ABU.  I noticed for a long time now, that when I run only battery only, it was only lasting about 20 minutes before having to recharge.  Then it came down to about 10, and now as soon as I get a 12% left warning, the laptop stops immediately.

I used out them to check the battery and it says the battery is at 100% power, but is in need of calibration.  So I followed the instructions but it does not complete the calibration.  I continue to try again and try to calibrate, but I'm just going around in circles.  In the end, all he says is "contact HP".

97% of the time I used the power supply so I really do not understand why the battery has deteriorated so quickly. I use Windows 7 64-bit.  Laptop is used only for net surfing and e-mailing, maybe a few powerpoint files.  Any ideas what to do?

In addition, if I need to replace the battery, in doing so, I will lose everything on the phone?  He restore default values or keep current and data settings?

    Thank you very much... Celine

There is no memory in the modern laptop batteries. This advice was good there, but not more than 12 years. Running the battery up and down allows the synchronization of battery Windows with the chip inside the battery Manager. It is simply the most accurate meter. It does not affect the health of cells. If they are dead or moribund there not that you can do. The cells seem just like the AA batteries and battery that see you as a piece of plastic on the outside is actually a series of these cells all wired with a smart chip (brain) control the battery and its reporting to the computer status. When you get the new one that you can consider using 100%, run it at 40-50% then it away from store when you need it. You need a battery that is compatible with your machine and you have three choices. Buy the right to HP. It's more expensive, but you are guaranteed to get a new battery strong. The second choice is to buy authentic HP from a dealer. EBay has dozens. It will be a little cheaper, but you run the risk of getting the older stock. Batteries lose power just laying around. If you buy from a battery seller on eBay with tens of thousands of comments, you probably will not have this problem. Finally, you can buy a 'knock-off' Chinese (in fact they are all manufactured in the far East) battery. Budgetbatteries.com seems to be to distribute this type of batteries, but we know not. If they were selling the product "geniune" they would say so. Also their prices seem not that good for me on those that they have actually listed on the site. Counterfeits are very cheap and can actually be very good; they use the last cells of battery, but I wonder how they make batteries (child labour?) and what is their quality control so I tend to avoid. Once again, eBay is full of them. You can say their batteries because they will say "compatible", but not "authentic." Batteries for real HP say HP on the label. Finally, HP guarantees only batteries a year, even with their extended warranties. Guarantees that you buy at the point of sale as Best Buy often cover the battery so if you have this type of warranty check it out.

    Knock-off $21

    new eBay $44

  • Replacement blackBerry Smartphone 8330 battery

Can someone tell me how to tell a real battery OEM rim of a fall? I got one on Ebay and the color is a little different, many, but looks not the same one that came with my phone, the seller had excellent ratings

I don't think it is possible that the batteries are bought in bulk from different vendors. Was the safest would be to store them by one of your carriers.

I take it to the store of carriers and it would correspond and ensure.

If you have any questions please ask, so what we need to solve it please post!

  • My phone blackBerry smartphones is extremely slow and eat the battery

I have faced this problem for 3 days and went to my service provider today to inquire.

My phone has been extremely slow, the time clock thing is for still running, and so my phone dies in 3 to 4 hours with no real use. I was told that it was because I need to update my OS but when I got home and plugged in it says that my phone is up to date and there is no upgrade available OS. I bought a spare battery to see if it was the problem and it is not. This is getting very frustrating. He even got to the point of when I lock the phone I can't unlock it during the same get the screen to turn on. the only way to start is to pull the battery out and put back.

What is the problem with my phone?

    Hello maddy 22

It does not matter how old is your phone recharge your device software will help you of course but do not miss the KB14320 , I suggested after reloading of your device OS. Here's how to reload a device on a Mac software:

    I hope this will help.
