  I am currently using the theme of white high contrast Win 7.  However, in Excel 2013, many formatting options do NOT work, when using this theme:

  1. Fill color
  2. Font color
  3. Conditional formatting

  To reproduce this problem, using Excel 2013 with a Windows high-contrast theme, whatever we have to do is:

  1. Select a cell and try to change the fill color.  It does not work.
  2. Type the text in the cell, and then try to change the color of the font.  It does not work.
  3. To implement conditional formatting for this cell.  It does not work.
  4. Try changing the color of the tab the active tab at the bottom of the worksheet.  It does not work.

  It would seem that, if the high contrast themes have been made to ease of use for those who have poor vision, whereas they should be able to change the options in shape in Excel to make things more visible within their own documents.

  The user with special vision must assets concerns of colors.  Excel will meet your needs for a higher contrast (black and white pure) at all costs in order to ensure the highest possible contrast.

  Microsoft do not escalate this, it works as expected.

  I don't think you are right to say that this is normal.  When you use OneNote in high contrast black it allows indeed to the colors of different fonts, it is just an oversight or a bug of Microsoft on not supporting the themes of their office software.

• Outlook has started to get a connection not approved when using firefox

  Outlook started having no reliable connection error when using firefox. Not sure why it started, but all the few minutes that it times out and I have to re - open outlook from google.   The hyperlink menu appears only after you select an object that can be a hyperlink. If you have selected the object anchor, hyperlink option, it will go away because it is not a hyperlink. If you click on a button, object shape, picture, or text, the hyperlink option should appear on the right.

  But just to repeat what said Tom - Yes, fx:controller is always necessary, even if you specify a controller factory. The type specified by the fx:controller attribute is the type that is passed to the factory. If you do not specify a type of controller, then the plant is not called.

  Last week, I changed computers (an old Mac to swap for a 13 - in MacBook Pro OSX Yosemite 10.10.3 running retina. I copied all my data on the new machine using Migration Wizard.

  All the programs work very well (including my copy of Lightroom 3 and XI player). But my CC and Photoshop Elements 10 are not. I tried to uninstall both, but every time I try to reinstall PE10 of its disk or download it stops just almost at the end I have so I "initiation failed" appears, accompanied by a request to download the app "Support Advisor" defunct!

  I can't download Adobe Application Manager or the application of Office CC is - for the first, I get a "Logon failure" message, with the app "Download Support Advisor" "message again! Now, what I thought I had done was done so that this ugly thing (http://xs141.xs.to/xs141/09305/no_data875.png) did not happen and the region would not be displayed if the 2nd list was void (*).
  
  Now what I've done is made the regional graphic conditional on the fact that P7_DB_LIST (the 2nd list) is not zero. Now it works in 2 cases: first loading of the page and if I am currently looking at a database and then I click on * (null).   Just this throw out there - if you have a set list to submit on change (I forgot the wording), when it is changed, then the query variable gets the value of the name of the list (P7_PROJECT_LIST). You can have a calculation after submitting that resets the 2nd list NULL when the condition is that demand = the name of the first list. So in the part of the condition of your calculation, choose request type and put in P7_PROJECT_LIST. So whenever you get the first list change and only when you change the first list will be that it reset to null.

  I am not connected to the time to try this out, but I think it's the right idea I hope, give it a shot.
