• Audio filter missing on Mac, and yet do not miss.

  When I load the first (Mac version, latest version of first), I am suddenly getting an error:

  Yet when the program loads, the Audio filter is actually there (UAD dbx 160) and works very well. It's not a huge deal, but since it started suddenly occurring, I hope this isn't a sign of future trouble.

  My learning curve is showing - I thought about it. I'll let my mistake here so that others can learn.

  For some reason, a filter had been applied to a single audio clip - NOT in the audio mixer Panel, but on the item itself.  I'm just learning that first allows you to see at a glance if audio FX is applied.

  I have the first configured to display audio in the timeline panel.  And there's a little bitty box in the upper left corner of each audio file with the letters "fx".

  If there is no fx applied, these letters are gray.

  If the volume or pan has been applied to this clip, these letters are yellow.

  If another plugin is applied (as was my case), these letters are green.

  I figured this out after watching every single audio clip in my calendar.  I found that the plugin mentioned above - the dbx 160 - had in fact been applied to a clip.  I took it off, and the error message from my original post disappeared.

  Finally! problem solved...

  It turns out that the CF was movie convert Pro

  and my images would not play because even if I had the DNXHD codec installed I also need quicktime installed!

  Hi, it was the second now that I have. Firstly, one was returned because all incoming calls were at 50% volume than the already quiet volume of outgoing calls. This was noticed both on the handset, as well as my two headsets (plantronics voyager pro and jaw) - IMCI out almost not anything on an incoming call!   This problem happened after I had used my mbp for months as music server in a stereo system.  When I have the mbp connected via USB to an external digital to analog converter (dac), audio preferences had always listed the CAD.  Now it lists only the internal speakers.  I tried to reboot, checked my UBS cable, checked my dac.  The only thing I've done recently is to create a playlist and sync a new iPod to copy the playlist we.  I don't know if that could have anything to create the problem of lack of dac, but I am a relative novice on computers.

  I have an old desktop iMac to less than 1 year, I've upgraded to El captain of Yosemite.  Just fine, except the quality of the internal speakers.  Yesterday, I received speakers brand new engine audio 5 +.  Hooked by instructions.  Between the speakers volume levels are completely unbalanced.   I complained about the low audio volume in toshiba-portege-m800-107, but now after hearing the r630 max volume I feel as if it was a joke... its too low.
  I increased the maximum sound volume adjustment control panel > sound, played with the 3D settings, but nothing much is. Yet, music at the office or by making a Skype call, I'm not comfortable with the level of the volume.

  I m not the owner of the Satellite R630, but it s a very small and light notebook, so I guess that the speakers are not the best for entertainment, but I think that it s ok because it s a laptop for mobile use and office.

  If you think that the volume is not sufficient, you should check the Windows sound settings and make sure that you use the highest volume.

  Alternative connect external speakers or headphones.

• No sound. Sounds and audio device properties; Volume tab had all the options greyed out. Fresh Windows XP install on existing volume. Many fixes tried and failed.

  I did a fresh install of XP Pro on my intention to use it to my new drive primary secondary drive. After that run all windows updates, SP3, install all of the current drivers, everything works but the sound.

  I'm fairly certain I've found the source of this problem, and I provided a screenshot. As you can see the volume slider is turned down, and all options are grayed out (inactive).

  Apparently, w/e registry cleaner that I used did not do a very good job, or is just unable to solve this problem.

  I manually deleted all entries containing the word 'creation' in my registry, reboot, installed the current driver, the reboot, I HAVE HER Marie SYLVIE!
