  Hello

  Recently got a Toshiba L755 and have a problem with the playback audio & video since I got it.
  I've updated the latest drivers for the Conexant HD Audio card and it made no difference.

  Essentially during playback there are a sound intermittent distorted during playback mp3, video playback and online stream.

  I tried different programs and the same thing, however, when I have a LAN cable presents no problem - it's only when I'm connected to the wireless network.
  I have a netgear router which works fine.

  Can someone please tell me what might cause the wireless create this problem and how to fix?

• "For Audio/video on the Internet" does not open

  Hi all

  As the title suggests when I click on "for Audio/video on the Internet" nothing happens.  It seems that the icon has also changed.  I tried to look around this problem without success.  I would appreciate any assistance.

  Plaase excuse my ignorance, but it is "for Audio/video on the Internet", a program or command in a browser (maybe an add-on)?  What is doing?  Have you checked that the http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-vista/Default.aspx Vista Compatibility Center to ensure that the program / module is compatible with Vista and/or Internet Explorer? If so, please provide the web site of the program (link) so we can search more far - I couldn't find using Bing (which is unusual).  The fact that it has an icon indicates it is a program.

  What was the program installed and when its last function properly (and have the correct icon)?  Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.

  Right-click on the icon and click Properties.  On the general tab, it's a file with a path - what is this parth?  Go to this path in Windows Explorer and check to see if it exists and if it contains all of the files/programs. If it is there, so we know at least that the program is on the system even if the icon does not work.  Go to the executable main real within the program and create a new shortcut icon and move whenever the icon currently exists and see if this new icon works and it solved the problem.  If this is not the case, try to do a right-click on the icon and click on run as administrator to see if you have a better chance.

  If she isn't here or the procedures above will not work (and it is a program or an add-on), then I suggest you uninstall with Revo http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/revo-uninstaller/revouninstaller.html and then restart and try reinstalling it.  He may have developed some corrupted files (espcially if the icon has changed) and this may clear up the problem.

• Remote Desktop, response delayed when typing using the SHIFT key

  I have a laptop running Vista professional that I used to connect (DSL) to a desktop computer using remote desktop (XP) work.  Several months ago, I started noticing a response delayed when typing using the SHIFT key. For example my name, Garth, might get typed Garth, the text could (for example) get typed as 9 example0 and so on. The delay of the effects as well the pressed ALT key and assigns these keys on both sides of the keyboard.
  I did not used to have this problem and wonder if an automatic update to my laptop (vista) could have caused this problem. This problem does not exist when I connect the laptop using office away from my local Starbucks. My other laptop (older) doesn't have this problem at home or on the go.

  Well Garth, it seems that the problem may be with your home network if you have 'no' to this question when connecting to a local Starbucks.

  While you're at home with this laptop and connected to your DSL, it is a problem if you are 'not' connected to the desktop computer?  Or is it a problem regardless of whether you are connected or not connected to the work computer?

  So I've dealt with this problem since I downloaded and started using the Kona 3 with PPCS6.0.1 drivers

  Often when I start my computer after it turned off the day before and restart the Prime Minister in the same project that I left that worked very well.  I'm broken audio playback mode.  When I check my audio computer system to preferences they mysteriously turned on in Kona, which is what causes the problem.

  I try to change their return to the line output line, preferneces and close then reopen and that the switch did not and they are back to Kona.

  I repair permissions and restart and make the change again... sometimes when I do this I get a kernel panic, so need to stop and start again.  Someties it will fix the problem today, sometimes not.  Today, after the kernel panic, everything seems to work properly.

  It's a bit boring and a 15 to 20 minutes exercise every morning.  Of course, I could leave my machine all night, but I'd sure appreciate all the ideas on how to fix this ongoing issue.

  I've turned into a bug report today, because I think that it is indeed a bug somewhere.

  I found a post in the apple forum that solved this problem...

  If you have problems with your sound 'exit by default' in Snow Leopard, try the following...

  Go to your hard drive (root level) and open the library folder. Open the Preferences folder, and then open the Audio folder.

  Remove the two preference files in the Audio file:

  -com.apple.audio.DeviceSettings.plist

  -com.apple.audio.SystemSettings.plist

  Restart your mac, and I hope that your problems will be solved.

  This solution worked for me, and I hope that it will be too much for you.

  I have a 9 minute video I want to cut into pieces and make a 3 min video. I searched the help system and Forum, but found nothing - very probably (not being is not a native speaker) looking for the wrong keywords.

  How can I add the same clip several times to a movie? If that has been resolved, I could do the rest with setting- and outpoints and would.

  You can place the clip on the timeline and use the Split Clip (small scissors under the monitor icon) to split your clip. Place the cursor where you want to trim your clip, and then click the icon of the scissors. Move the cursor to the next position, and then click the icon of the scissors again. Then press DELETE on your keyboard and that article will be deleted and the gap will be closed. If you wish, you can take small sections, you created and drag them around to change their positions.

  Once you have edited your clip, you can export the section 3 minutes as a DV - AVI to use repeatedly in your video. All you need to do to export is file > export > Movie. If you have several clips on your timeline you must place the work area bar (WAB), the gray bar above the timeline, on the section that you want to export. Then in the window export movie go into settings and for the beach, select work area bar.

  You can then reimport the 3 minute clip in your project and use it as many times as you want.

  Hi Paulo,

  Do you know what type of regime/modulation standard you will use to send your video?  If you are analog video must be about 6 MHz of bandwidth which can provide the USRP.  The majority of the television signals are broadcast about 400 MHz, which is also in the range of the NOR-2920.

  NOR does not offer boxes to tools designed for this application.  You would need to develop algorithms for modulation yourself.  But as far as hardware is concerned, the USRP should be able to produce this type of signal.

• Need help to configure PP CS5.5 for multi-channel audio playback, using the M-Audio 1010LT card

  I've been hitting my head against the wall, trying to use my output channels of M-audio 1010lt card multichannel sound audio of sequence reading in first Pro CS 5.5.   It works very well in hearing CS 5.5, but not pp!  Probably I'm missing something simple in the installation program.  I configured the master audio 5.1.  Selected Delta M-Audio, ASIO in Preferences Audio Hardware, the value corresponding to the Audio output as shown here:

  Found my problem!  It was my use of a Blackmagic capture format as I was using a BM Decklink HD Extreme card.  When I specified HDV 1080i for a pre-selection everthing worked fine reading of the chronology of the audio tracks through the M-Audio 1010LT.
