• Modification of fields on the Details tab of the properties of the file - Windows 7 Home Premium (32 bit)

  A few mp3 files on my system, I'm trying to change some data in the Details tab of the properties of the file (for example, I want to add "Trance" in the field of gender and text in the comments field).

  Most of the mp3 files on my system I would just like to update these fields in detail, no problem.

  For the rest a few mp3s, I read as many articles "Windows Help" because my poor brain can handle permissions management and Managing Director property/parameter object controls access to objects, and I compared the different fields of details of the modified and unmodified files and can't see where I am going wrong or what I am missing out on.

  I would be very grateful to receive assistance from the community to my simple goal change these details fields.

  I wrote a script for you which allows you to modify the recalcitrant files yourself. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Mark, then copy the code below.
  2. Run notepad.exe.
  3. Paste the code into the Notepad screen.
  4. Click on file / save as
  5. Open the "Save as type" drop-down list and select "All Files". This is important!
  6. Save the file as "FixMP3Files.vbs" in the folder where you keep your .mp3 files.

  To correct a file, take it and drop it on the FixMP3Files.vbs script. After about 30 seconds, you will get a .mp3 file with the word "changed" in its name.

• Master detail tabs

  Hi, I currently did a number of tabs that are associated with eachother, allows for example to 2 of these tabs which one is the master and the other is retail. My problem is that if I did not choose a master record from the master tab my form always gives me access to the Details tab and try to add a record (recording will not be added because it is based on a master is selected).
  
  Is - it there anyway I could prevent the user will this tab detail if they have not selected a master record first?

• For a given file, how to add and change file properties on the Details tab, for properties that are not in the properties list?

  Now, I am aware of the modification of the properties of the file is simple in Windows 7 Explorer. Select a file, 'Properties', then tab "Details".  Some are not editable, and that's understandable.  Click on next to any area classified as year, Genre, Publisher, etc. and the apply.  No problems so far.

  Then of course in Explorer, when you right click on a column header, you get several choices of column beyond the usual that is displayed by default; Date, the Type, size, etc.  But, there is an option "More...", which has up to now, MUCH more useful properties to choose from, such as the model project, Department, job statusand so on.

  It's fantastic!

  But when you look into the details of any given file, none of these additional properties even are listed to be edited.  Why offer to view these details, if you don't change them, or add them to different files?  I must be missing something.  I do not need to add my own custom details, this additional list has a choice, that I need; If only I could edit the files to get this info.

  How to add and change these properties to files?  Word, Excel, MP4, AVI, JPG; I would add these properties, so I can set directly in the Solution Explorer, as you would by name or Type.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  My experience is that most of these 'extra fields' no existence not as fields in the directory (folder) itself.  On the contrary, these fields exist in the target file itself. Each file type has its own format and established file except for the types of files that belong to Microsoft, Microsoft cannot control or arbitrarily change the format of a particular file type.

  For example, a ".jpg" file  The format of this file type allows a large number of areas such as comments, Tags, date taken, opening, device manufacturer and so on.  If you go into the properties on a .jpg file, you will see a lot of them and will be able to change.  After changing any of these fields, you will find that the file itself has been changed to contain this information (as can be verified by the parity of the file and to come check upward with a different checksum).  If you display one of these fields in Explorer and 10000 ".jpg" files in this folder, then Explorer must open each of these 10000 files to extract the data in the corresponding fields, you have chosen to display.  May take some time.

  Compare that to the same picture saved to a file ".bmp".  The ".bmp" format has no provisions for any of these fields, so you will not be able to view, save, edit, or sort by them.  If the editable fields are directly related to the type of file that is displayed.

  Microsoft has apparently interviewed a lot of file types and made a compilation of the editable fields in each type of file and the Union of the selected fields in which can be displayed and modified.   That's apparently what you see in the option «More...» ».   So, in summary, the file type determines which fields are available for editing and posting.

  in a fragment that I have a tabs including the 1st tab panel contains an af:form (created from a master VO) while the other tabs each contain an af:table (created from a VO detail).

  When the fragment is used in design mode , I need to set some attributes (hidden) for each VO.

  I guess I can begin to insert before the fragment, in the workflow, the operation "Create with Params" for the master VO.

  But who should I set the values for the fields the other VO's hidden when the user create new records?

  Some fields of VO can be set taking values directly from session and pageFlow scope while the value must be calculated for other fields.

  Retail vo was create with Potsdam too. You can use what you can do to master VO. link the button to detail to a bean and calculated method to set the parameters before running the createWithParam.

  I have a page master detail. For each line of master, it will show 3 detail records in its own tab (Panel tabs-> see the question of detail). Each detail record has a few other related details. which will appear as a master detail as well. (Example: Master Department - there will be a tab used - on the employee tab - system need to show the employee (including the navigation if there are several employees) and their addresses as well). I want all of these records to be editable in one page itself. another word, all masters and detailed as their details should be editable (user must be able to change any folder in the tabs Panel, and master and at the end press save button).
  
  At the end I want to have only one button to save all the changes to save. I can it implement a feature to type in? If so, please suggest me a way to implement this feature?
  
  is there any downside or alternative approach you would suggestion?

  The Send button does nothing with regard to the submission of the transaction--he simply publishes the page on the server.
  You must use the validation of the AM operation - drag it to the page to create a validation button.

  If you need drivers, follow these steps:
  1. in the run box, type devmgmt.msc.
  2 unknown devices would be listed as such and plotted with a yellow question mark.

  I deleted my notebook and reinstalled windows. Everything is back up. However, so that everything works I need to connect to the internet for updates and drivers. There is no WiFi driver so I can't connect to the internet. Does anyone know which WiFi driver, I need.   I'm normally tolerant Apple efforts to simplify and improve the user experience. But after 25 years, lack of Apple documentation user and notice of all the major changes made under the hood (I'm referring to common problems and misunderstanding caused by changes in database in mail from V2 to V3) can cause loss of time and a lot of frustration. I've especially sorted my V2 to V3 problems created by the post office, but lack of details in the activity window to be able to know which account is causing problem (short of disconnecting all accounts and backwards) is a major back major step in usability. Also, it insults my intelligence. I don't have 8 email accounts with a mixture of iCloud, Hosted Exchange, IMAP and POP, so the 'simplification' of the UI needlessly causing me a lot of grief.

  Apple, if you listen, please give users an option to turn off these major simplifications in the UI and give us back the tools to help solve our own problems created by changes to this criticism a workflow App.
