  Portable Firefox has not reset Firefox option, because it doesn't have a profile to point to. In addition, portable Firefox is not an official version of Firefox. So, to answer your question, there is no setting in Firefox Portable, only in desktop Firefox with a profile in the right place. The article isn't talking about Firefox Portable since it is not an official version of mozilla.

  Hey all, I moved to a new area (Houston) and I can't find an option to download a new TV Guide for my media center.  Windows support said it should be under TASKS-> TV-> GUIDE, but it doesn't seem to be an option.  Any suggestions on how to get a new guide for a new region?

  There is a button to force a download of the Guide - it's under "automatic download options" (tasks > settings > general)
  However, in your case, you must re-run the installation of TV program (tasks > settings > TV > TV Signal > set up the TV signal (path is win7;) Vista is similar).
  You may not (and may never) just 'change your zone' - rather, you rerun setup of TV when you move.
