Lack of phones smart blackBerry downloads

Hey please help... My downloads keep fault but this started recently I a curve8520 once I opened the link and click on save the download starts and after awhile, it just stops and says failed download I empty my cache and everything before I download and tried hard reboot and I did not update any help would be great

This is perhaps due to the network. Even if you have an excellent reception and network coverage, data transfers can be problematic.

Have you tried the same faulty downloads using a wi - fi network?

At home, I use only my wifi for all data, because it gives me a sort of guaranteed connection.

Where I live, the coverage of the network, but hey, sometimes erratic and ruins the experience of video streaming or downloads.

Try downloads with wifi and if they do not fail, then you know that your Internet access provider network is the culprit.

    Many apps / themes need a BB data plan to download (one you mentioned is an example, as is the error message indicating that a data plan is required to download). Some will be downloadable on your computer must be installed via Desktop Manager, others can be downloaded if Wi - Fi and installed through the BB itself.

    I don't remember seeing any application / theme where they mention if a data plan is required to download it, it can be a hit or Miss kind of thing for all apps / themes you want to download.

    Try to reload your operating system. This reload BlackBerry World as well as the rest of your phone. To do this, connect your phone to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Once your phone has been recognized, click device at the top of the software, and then click on restore. Choose the most recent restore point and the load. That should solve your problem.

I tried everything I read in the support forums and nothing seems to work for me!  Now, I have my phone only with the Basic apps, I mean, I haven't downloaded one. The world of the app is not installed now. When I install the 4.0.0.55 version the problem remains.

    If you try to download the latest version of App World, then make sure that your OS device using versions6.0.0.706 or higher. Then you can try to update your device OS to a higher version. Or

    You run a lower OS version then please download App World version 4.0.0.55 for BlackBerry from your browser go to  http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3 to download 4.0.0.55 on your device.

    But before you download Uninstall app world from your device, for this on your homescreen go to Options > device > application > scroll Ap world and remove it from there. Then perform a battery pull restart.then to give it a try.
