  One thing that might work is to use another PC and download the free version (click on the blue button) malwarebytes Antimalware (MBAM):

  The installation file is named:

  mbam - setup.exe

  Rename the file to something like jesika.exe

  Then transfer it to a flash drive.

  Then, start your PC in Safe Mode (with networking, if possible), copy the file from the flash drive on your PC and double-click it to install it.

  If you are able to use the safe mode with networking, you have the advantage to download the latest antimalware definitions.

  Otherwise, install and run in plain old safe mode; It's better than nothing.

  You need Adobe raw camera 8.7 version. Unfortunately your software is earlier than the camera. ACR 8.7 is only compatible with PSE13. But it is possible to download and install the free DNG Converter to convert your raw files to the universal Raw format files and Adobe will be open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for use in the software of the camera factory)

  You have turned on two-factor authentication? If so, try turning it off? A bit of a nuisance, but it could allow you to go further until they fixed it.

  What link are you on? Looks like it's simply dropping, what usually happens with al lsorts of wireless connections... If so, try a related download stationary cable.

  The problem is that 15 of the 21 PC decided to not not patch this month. The other 6 are very well, so we can assume that the SCCM environment is ok.

  Looking at the log seems to be the question "Install do not allow as another job is still ongoing.
  But I use 'SCCM Client Center' to watch run executions and its blank.

  Does anyone know how to know what is the work in progress?
