On the HP website, Support drivers & HP recommends HP Media Smart webcam software does not work. This webcam has worked well for four years but crashed about a week ago. My efforts to find a work around found no solution. I downloaded both versions of Cyberlink YouCam, version 3.0.2201 worked for two days, another version 3 does not work.
