• Tray D7560: very bad quality photo printer

  I have a HP Photosmart D7560 h which has served me well.  However, the Photo tray for 6 x 8 prints became very bad now.  However, printing from the regular status bar continues to be very good.  I tried to print the image of the 8 1/2 X 11 tray and it is excellent.  The same image of the photo tray is still very poor.  I even put regular in paper in the photo tray and printing is still poor.  Again the impression is very good if the print of the tray of 8 1/2 x 11.

  May I ask what operating system you use? Windows or Mac? What version? If you do not know the operating system you are using, please visit this site. Whatsmyos.

  All the changes made - no. This is a brand new and 7 days of the cardboard box.

  Recently, I bought a LaserJet M1136 MFP printer. Printing works fine. However, the quality of scan is very poor. In particular the written document scanning gives VERY VERY bad results in quality. This product comes with ReadIrIs product for scanning.

  However the native scan and ReadiRiS does any good in terms of improving the quality of scanning.

  I tried scanning documents with the recommended 300 dpi. Also, I used only B & W and grayscale for the tests.

  Appreciate if you have any solution to improve that.

• MacBook Pro suddenly slow

  This week my MacBook Pro 13 inch (end 2011) started to run slowly.  The slowdown mainly occurs during internet browsing.  I tried clearing my cache, reset my SMC and read other similar topics and followed their advice.

• Bad quality when printing envelopes on P1102W

  I am a toner and it prints well using standard paper, but every time I print envelopes the quality is very bad. The text is very light and has a discoloration in the middle of the text.  It of using the manual tray and seems only occurs with the envelopes.  I am using MS Word 2010 to print envelopes.

  And... He is not the type of envelopes that I use, because if they print fine on another printer.

  This likely number revives the thickness of the envelope, which is more dense than normal printing paper. To compensate for this, I would recommend going to devices and printers folder and right click on the printer. Here, select "Printing Preferences". Under paper/quality, you can change in 'Better way', which should improve overall performance on this kind of print jobs to the printer.

• All-in-one HP OfficeJet Pro X576dw: poor Fax quality with ADF

  I have a fairly new HP OfficeJet 576, which sends faxes fine when using the flat bed scanner.  When documents are sent by fax using the ADF, the receiving end gets a copy of very poor quality; the document is very light and the lower part is impossible to read.  No streaks or lines in the document.

  The test page was sent using a single sheet and the ADF seemed to treat the paper without any problem.

  The ADF is necessary because most of the faxes include several pages.

  Any ideas?

  Can you please confirm what version of firmware you have?
  The most recent version ends with 1409BR. We find it by pressing the question mark, and then "touch" printer information.

• HP Officejet Pro 8600 low scan quality

  My scanned documents are of very poor quality on my computer. There is a line in the middle of each page and the colors are very dull and low quality. Can anyone here help to solve this problem?

  It's weird that the 8600 pro has separate scanners, one for glass and the other the ADF.

  If you lift the lid, the ADF scanner is under the small pane on the left side, we get the image for the paper to move through the window, so a spot on the window would result in a line in the image. You can clean the glass with a lint or paper towels.

  A line in the scan glass, usually means dead sensor or dust inside the scanner, in this case, the paper does not move, the scanner moves on and forms an image, so a dead sensor would result in an incorrect line. It would be more difficult to correct.

  Hi janeslens,

  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.
  • Please make sure you also update of Lightroom to the latest version, which is 6.3 Lightroom

• First Pro CC very unstable 2014

  My CC2014 is very unstable, because I updated my Adobe software of creative cloud from CC to CC 2014 and I have been an adobe user since 1999 and I went from FCP to Premiere in 2012. Everything was great, until the latest two updates. What is going on???

  My Premiere Pro was very unstable. I can't make it work for more than an hour to receive the Premiere Pro has experienced a serious error and has to close. I just can't get anything done. I went to work 40 hours a week of 60 hours a week since I upgraded. It is very counterproductive. Help, please!
