  • Update InDesign CC has an error code: U44M1P34

    I tried to upgrade to the latest patch for this software, but it does not work.

    Steve, success. I found files on my laptop that has installed PSCC, also. Has proved to be two files missing, strange. Copied on the desktop and everything's fine. I did have to uninstall and reinstall. Thank you very much for your help.

    I just installed the new free app cloud Creative Suite Master CS6 on my Mac (version 10.8.4) with Intel Core i7 3.4 GHz and 24 GB of memory. The cloud installation went well. However, the cloud has 8 updates all failled because of an error "errors encountered during installation. (U44M1P7) »

  • Last updated to IE8 has crippled my internet access. IE8 is now "expires" and does not display the number of pages.

    Internet exployer time out and don't load pages with java, flash, or redirects after the last update, "Security update for Internet Exployer 8 ' Pages will be 'time out' with the page to"diagnose connection problems ". (a constant joke that IE8 will expire)
    I tried to uninstall the update, but still need settings that are the cause of the problem. I reset IE8 by default, deleted and reinstalled java and flash and still no luck. I can't access a lot of pages now. I have the latest version and updates of Norton Internet security, no virus or threats and can not find the problem. It's something that the last update has changed in my system.

    -What is the operating system installed on your computer?

    If you are using Windows 7, I suggest to run the troubleshooter for Internet Explorer and check to see if it helps you to solve the problem.

    To run the Internet Explorer troubleshooter, follow these steps:

    1. close all programs.

    2. click on Startand then click Control Panel.

    3. under system and security, click on find and fix problems.

    4. in the left pane, click view all.

    5. click on Internet Explorer Performance. This opens a new window.

    6. click Next.

    7. the resolution of the problems run and try to solve all the problems identified automatically. Click close.

    After that the store has run successfully, try to access the Internet again.

    Also, you try to access Internet Explorer in safe mode with networking and check that it works very well and post back the result. To start the computer in safe mode with network, restart both computers and keep tapping the key F8. Once you see the option to select the mode safe mode with networking, select it and press ENTER.

    In addition to run Internet Explorer in "no Add-ons" mode and check if it works well.

    2. Click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). Internet Explorer opens without Add-ons, toolbars, or plug-ins.
    3. Test Internet Explorer to verify that it works correctly.

  • PP 8.0.1 update failed with the generic error U44M1P7

    Hi all

    Have a problem with the last update Premiere Pro (8.0.1)
    All other updates have worked except for the PP.

    Have you checked this Installation failed. Error U44M1P7 | Updates but without success.

    • Relaunch update does not work
    • Update Inside PP CC2014 does not work
    • Uninstall CC2014 PP, followed by a reboot and reinstall the first Pro CC 2014 and this message:
      "Installation successful but not a patch.
      still the same error of U44M1P7.

    Something seems wrong with this update - at least for me, any help with this problem would be appreciated.

    I am running Win7 SP1 x 64 (latest updates), US language with Belgian French keyboard.

    UPDATE and the SOLUTION:

    I answer to myself (that might help other users as well)

    I followed these instructions: use of the cleaning tool CC to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6 successfully.

    Now the first Pro CC 20141 is now installed on my system.

    I recently installed several updates from the HP Support Assistant and unfortunately, I can't use some of my applications.  Specifically, I tried to use MODO 902 sp1 (it's the Foundry 3D modeling software) and after double-clicking on the icon my computer freezes and then crashes.  No BSOD, but it just won't load, the interface of Windows becomes useless, except for my mouse I can still move around.  I tried to reinstall the software and even tried a downgrade to an earlier version (MODO 901 sp1) but with the same result.  I tested to see if Pixologic ZBrush 4R7 sp3 works and it loads fine, so I don't know what is happening.  I should note that MODO was working fine before this last update of HP, but I suspect that something got REALLY fubared during installation.

    In any case, I can tell you what updates have been installed in the event log:

    My specific machine is a HP ENVY 17 t-n100, number of product L8X51AV

    One last thing, when I try to use the HP Web site to identify my machine, it keeps giving me a message to try again, saying that it is not plugged in (which is absurd because it has just detected what kind of HP product that I use).

    Is there a chance that I could somehow push these updates?  The only other possibility I can think of is an update of Windows 10 screwed something since I saw the last time it checked for something again was last night around 11: 30ish or more.

    PS - It's the second question in less than two months since I got this laptop.  The first had to deal with a faulty motherboard which was replaced.  I never had such problems with HP products before (this is my 3rd laptop from them), that I explain why I am surprised by the amount of problems I'm having now.

    Release a little busy last week, but I would like to report this incident as having been resolved.  For some reason, I need to detach my two monitors to my laptop and reset the connection.  I only found it by chance that I had brought my laptop to work to show one of my colleagues the questions I had.  However, everything loaded up and there is no frost.  When I got home, I reconnected my monitors and everything works fine since.  Can't believe, it turns out to be something so trivial, but I guess it was the only way to get the display output working properly again.

    I solved this problem by clicking the 3 horizontal bars (open the Menu) at the top right of the screen, then clicking on "Menu bar" in the options presented. All of a sudden my bar of task and the toolbar appears on the screen and remained.

    Hello Sandro,

    The workspace start seems to be the cause.

    Go to the Photoshop preferences > General > uncheck show the splash screen > restart Photoshop and check again.
