  Hi sgcpenny, Flash is by far the most common plugin. I think it is unlikely that the others work on the sites where you don't want to run. It does not hurt to try the setting and see if it works for you.

  When it comes to antivirus software, you want one and only one installed and running on your computer.  Two or more may come into conflict with eachother and degrade performance.  I advise you to uninstall Windows defender and use soley mse.

  also I strongly suggest that you avoid using "PC optimization" tools.  They can help a little, but they often do more harm than good.

  I just checked on my Windows 10 system and instructions for Windows 7 has worked.

  An easier (rather than manually navigate the services menu) way would be to download and run printing HP and doctor Scan at http://www.hp.com/go/tools.  It can automatically find and fix common problems.

  You can compare the DNS settings for your WiFi network on both devices.

  You say 'my' server. It is a Web server with a domain name, etc, or is it a local server on your local network?

  There may be other parts of the application, that you still need to delete. I recently added this brand of adware to EtreCheck. Download EtreCheck from http://www.etrecheck.com, run it and paste the results here. EtreCheck is perfectly safe to run, don't request your password to install and is signed with my developer Apple ID.

  The EtreCheck report should have listed adware. You can then removed to the EtreCheck. You may still need to reset your home page in Safari.

  I've updated to El Capitan November 25, 2015. Since then, I have essentially been locked out of Safari due to an alert that is displayed. It reads: "alert - any Safari these when you started to use it on November 25, 2015, then you could try Safari with your data." Below, there is a checkbox then 'do Safari, the default web browser'.

  The box is already checked, and Safari is my default browser. I uncheck, nothing happens. I check again, nothing happens. I am unable to use Safari, I can't access even preferences in the menu because everything is gray. There is a screenshot of what I see below, including the menu grayed.

  

  I have Google Chrome Canary installed on my computer (the regular Chrome would not work after that I updated to El Capitan), but I am unable to set it as my browser by default because it is a "secondary installation of Google Chrome.

  I'm usually fairly warned that I can understand things like this, but I searched everywhere (including the help of these forums... and it is possible that I missed something similar) and can not understand. I'm the only person in my office using a Mac (even who knows really well with a Mac) because I am a graphic designer here, so no work can help me.

  So, how can I make the alert go away? Do I need to run updates? I checked, but there is no any demo available right now...

  Safari worked fine, without any problems, until I upgraded to El Capitan.

  Some applications or games require DirectX 9. We encounter these error messages when install us and run a game that requires DirectX 9 on a computer with the latest version of DirectX.

  You seem to be hitting Bug 9324603: CAN'T SEE RULE NAMES in BUSINESS PLANNING

  You can apply the latest patch of Manager planning and calc for 11.1.1.3. The problem has been resolved in 11.1.1.3.04.

  To work around the problem, you can follow the steps below. Perform the procedure below would mean the removal of all the existing rules in the planning and deployment of their new. The following steps are necessary because planning repository may have corrupted rules and must be cleaned.

  1. go to the calc--> Deployment Manager
  2. uncheck all discovered under the application deployment rules
  3. Select the application--> right click and deploy.
  4. go to Planning--> screen of business rules and ensure that we have all the rules of launhcable/no accessible.
  5 navigate back to the deployment view, check all the necessary rules.
  6. Select the application--> right click and deploy.
  7. go to the Planning--> screen of business rules. All rules should be visible in the planning and also accessible.
