  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

  3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

  3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  3 c for the most recent (e, g., OS6 and 7) BB s, see this KB:

  4 AppWorld must close.

  5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

  I got the application called "which app ' via the app store two weeks ago and since my visual voicemail has disappeared. In talking with an associate at the apple store, they told me that that app turns your voicemail and sends it to their server, so you cannot retrieve all messages left on your phone.  I reached out to my carrier and despite my deposit, delivery number reset my voicemail and other efforts, I'm still not able to retrieve all messages default.

  Migration wizard does not work in the case of Adobe applications.

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Reboot the computer.

  The error message: "Unable to locate the resource file in the Configuration folder", so it seems that something is missing. Could be a permission problem... I would suggest:

  1. go to a user admin account

  Connect using built in Administrator | Create the local admin account. 7, 8, Windows Vista

  Install or run Adobe applications in the new user account. Mac OS X

  2 remove the application DW CC 2014 by uninstalling or using the cleantool.

  Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

  3. manually delete the directories of config according to KB: (you need to of course search the CC 2014 folder instead of the older versions in the KB)

  This step will ensure that also the configuration file will be regenerated on re installation!

  4 reinstall on the new admin account and test again. If works please go back to the old account and test again.

  I need to remove an older version of my program from app world.  This version was submitted by mistake as support OS 4.2 but it is really only picked up by the OS 5.0 and higher.  This has caused many users to download on a phone that is not compatible.  Help, please.

  You can not remove the old version, but there is a solution to 'hide' users - just edit supported devices and leave only one device supported (for example the torch)

  To manage the products in the supplier portal, click the view release (eye - like button ) - Edit button (pencil type) - add Version Release tab - scroll through and edit Device Support - remove all devices except one.
