BlackBerry Smartphones unable to download applications through BB App World

Hello!!
I was faced with a problem on the front of BB App World. Whenever I try to download any application through the BB App World it takes me to the download in green tab, but after I click on the tab that does nothing.
As a result, I am unable to download any application on my Blackberry.

Please help me solve the problem.

I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

1. open the App World

2. go to my world

3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

3 c for the most recent (e, g., OS6 and 7) BB s, see this KB:

4 AppWorld must close.

5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

If (4) stage arrives not as described, then the empty the cache failed.

    The BB data plan is $20 - $25 with TMobile.  You will need so that for you Facebook connect.  You may be able to install it but it does not connect without the data plan.

    Hello, I recently brought the new 9320. I have the card memory base San Disk that come with the Blackberry. Also, as soon as I put the phone I downloaded Blackberry Desktop Support software. The desktop software and storage on the phone at the same time options I have a 14.4 MB remaining on the phone storage and 1.4 GB left on my memory card. When I try to download apps on the phone via my WiFi it is said that there is not enough remaining space. I guess that the phone will only attempt to download the application in the device memory. Is it possible that I can get the phone to automatically download the application directly on my memory card? Or is there another problem that prevents me download apps?

    There are three types of potential memory on a BB: 1) application memory, the device memory) 2 and 3) Media/SD Card Memory.

    Application memory - it is the most important; It is protected (not available to the user), dedicated and (fixed size) space as the destination for the installation of applications (the BONE itself more certain applications storage, overhead and such). You can't touch AppMemory. You cannot improve the maximum AppMemory that your BB has. It is what it is. Applications can install only here... There is no other choice.

    The device memory - it is space on your BB you can touch these files, images, media, etc. In general, it is not very big, but it is available.

    Memory card SD/Media- is what it says... your SD card to store files, media, photos, etc.. It can be as large as your BB OS can support... see this KB:

    On some devices/OS levels, you can see 'Free file' (Options > status), I think this is equivalent to AppMemory. You can see on other devices, all the memory usage levels three (Options > memory). Here are some tips to use:

    • KB14213 Call logs, SMS text and email messages are deleted from the BlackBerry smartphone

    Finally, it is always important to correctly close applications when you are finished with them. Using the back or on the red button won't do that - those leave the app to decide what to do... and some let themselves memory-resident, consumes resources on your BB, slowing down the overall performance. On the contrary, to close an application, tap on and select 'Close' or 'Quit'... which force the application to be closed, freeing resources for your new use it consumed. Some applications will always be running (in general - BBMessenger, browser, homescreen, phone and Messages)... but, you should always close them properly - especially the browser... If we leave on a web page, it will not consume only additional resources, but the power of the battery as well.

    In addition, each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy. Some have taken to do this on a regular basis as a preventive measure... some as often as once a day. Others got the app QuickPull to automate a simulated Batt Pull.

    Thus, issues of the app, it is a question of AppMemory... Please see the information above in order to maximize the amount of free AppMemory on your BB. If your particular model of BB has a limited amount of total AppMemory, then you must understand the mixture of 'must have' for you and then give priority to your "optional elements" in order to charge as much as you can, sacrifice these things of lower priority.

    As I said, everything that's left shows my connection is fine.

    I had this problem before and it is now fixed. You must connect to Blackberry ID on your PC and configure your first, online payment options before you can download paid apps.

    I just bought a BB8800 who did not have the CD with it. I am trying to download the Destop Manager software, but the Desktop Manager 4.7.0 B50 English - with Media Manager is constantly interrupting after 20-30%, which was itself download very slowly. I'm on the desktop connection, which is a leased line, so there should be absolutely no problem with the speed. But the speed is the same as my home broadband.

    First of all, I'm not sure if I download the right version. Then I need help to get it downloaded through "Download accelerator", which also, IE does not. It is not downloaded to through DAP on its own.

    You cannot use DAP to download the desktop software.

    I suggest you download the desktop without the Media Manager Manager. It will be smaller in size to download.

    If we compare the Blackberry App World website for local storm App World, the versions do not match.  Seems that I am obliged to "Reinstall" my 'old' applications previously deleted/archived compared to download and install the latest version.

    2 questions:

    1. When you reinstall an app to archive, the unit first checks to see if there is a newer version available for install?

    2. How can I install the latest version of an application if the old version is listed in Blackberry App World My (as deleted or archived)

    My example

    I used QuickPull Lite on my Storm 4.70... QuickPull Lite version was 2.2.1.  I've updated my Storm to 5.0.  Now I want to install QuickPull Lite 3.5, but my only option via Blackberry App World My Storm is the 2.2.1 version.  Why can't I install version 3.5!  I need to install 2.2.1 then upgrade to 3.5?  What happens if the 2.2.1 is incompatible (with OS 5)?  Any ideas?

    The list of applications that you see on this catalogue is the list complete and unfiltered applications for all BB models. The list that you see in the interface for device is filtered for your specific device model and the OS. So what you see in the interface for device is a subset - and it is they who are at your disposal. If a developer does not release an app/version for your device, it does not display in your device to AppWorld interface, although it has shown in the web catalogue.

    I'd say go ahead and Unarchive/reinstall the earlier version. Then go to MyWorld and it will show you if there is an update... If so, update. Then, as the old version is now replaced by the new in MyWorld, you can still archive it like the old version will have been erased.

    It it gives you problems, there are other tricks to try...

    In some cases, it was discovered that updates (from got AppWorld apps) require additional steps in order to install the update. If the update will not install, please try this:

    1. Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications > highlight the app > BBKey > delete
    2. AppWorld > MyWorld > Login > highlight the app (if she shows at all, in any State) > BBKey > delete
    3. Use your PC (via the mass storage Mode) or your BB (via Media > BBKey > Explore) and find all references (folders, files) to the app delete everything you find. Search the memory of your device and your press card as well.
    4. Use this link to user guide AppWorld for re - install the app - then predict a new activation/registration key

    I recently did an update on the applications and I restarted my phone (as they usually do), which was yesterday or the day before. However only today, I realized that I can't BBM or App World. I did almost everything I can. Click View all, did a battery pull, turn off the phone and he started to come back. sought the phone for him, switch application, clicked to see if it was open it. I don't know what I can do or what I did to make this happen and advice or information would be really useful if you please.     This answer applies to these two posters above.

    Connect your phone to your PC via the USB port.  Open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Click device in up and restoration in the menu dropdown.  (If you did no backup, go to the next paragraph).  Choose the most recent backup file, making sure that it is checked and click on restore or OK or anything that is the command prompt.  This should restore everything on your phone correctly.

    If you did a backup on your phone, open Desktop software, click device up and update the menu drop down.  They tell you your phone is updated (if it doesn't, choose the update if you wish.  Otherwise, go to my sense).  In this box, you'll see other Versions.  Click on that and make sure that your current version, probably the one on the top of the list, is checked.  Click Update and wait outside.  All icons and programs must be restored to your phone.

    I just got my BB Bold 9650 this week. Today, I was invited to upgade the OS and after 2 hours it was full. After resigning in FB, twitter and a few games, I thought I was ready. Who froze my phone. After a reboot nothing.

    Now, I tried to go online and download a game to see if it would inspire people to come. During the downlaod a message came that said that my operating system does not support.
