• IPhoto migration from an external drive: stuck with hard links to the external hard drive

  I got my IPhoto library on an external drive. To migrate to pictures, I dragged the IPhoto (on the external hard disk) file to the Photos icon.

  Migration went well, but instead of importing data to the external hard drive to my macbook, Photos stored links on the external drive. Now whenever I start the Photos, the system tells me it takes the external drive to view the contents of the library.

  To resolve this problem, I tried to copy my IPhoto library on my macbook and redo the import. It does not work: Photos, said the library has been upsized already (I noticed that the IPhoto library has been renamed 'iPhoto Library.migratedphotolibrary')

  Is it possible to reverse the migration or mark the IPhoto library as not yet migrated? Any other suggestions?

  Rename the copy of the iPhoto library on your internal drive to 'iPhoto Library.photolibrary '.  Then drag the library renamed on the Photos icon and pictures will create a new photo library on your internal drive.

  I have several dynamic external links on the various pages which all work fine. However in 2 additional data pages is that the hierarchy of the web seems to be added before the link on the link as if it were an internal link.

• Need help to find the link to the external AS2 file

  I bought a picture gallery program that works very well, but I'm fighting to make a very slight change. I asked the author for assistance, but previous requests have met with no response, so I ask my question here, too.

  This program has most of its logic in an external file of AS2. I made some small modifications to this file and want to save it under a new name. However, which also would require me to change the reference to the external file AS2 from in the fla file. That is my problem. I can't find any code in the fla that contains such a reference.

  If I try to publish a swf without this file in the desired location, it causes a compilation error, proving that there must be a reference somewhere to this file. However, doing a search for this file in the "current document" AS2 when to display the fla file in Flash CS4 produces no result. Where else this reference can be hidden?

  This .as file is definitely a class file based on what you described, not just an actionscript include file.  You might be able to find that it connected via the objects in the library.  Right click on each object movieclip in the library and choose the option to link in the menu that appears.  You should see an interface that has fields for an identifier and a class.  You may find the file attached in this way.

  To find the code associated with objects, you must have the Actions panel open and just click on an object on the stage, like a button or whatever.  Code is attached in the Actions window.  The ability to attach the code like this was abandoned when AS3 was released.

  Hi everyone, loving every second I use Flash Catalyst.

  I was wonder and looking for a way to make a button object catalyst able to make a link to an external page.

  Now, what I do is basically using catalyst (in project) to create a menu for use in a CSS template,.

  and I'm only a little stuck trying to figure this.

  If I export for use in Flash Builder, which is a good step towards adding the link to the said button function?

  the only way around this that I found is not very helpful - must be an xml file that is small on the host server where the page you want to link to. I seriously doubt each site you want to link to you will put an xml on the server host file just so you can access their page. the code in the xml file indicates right flashplayer the website you are trying to access is safe. It is called crossdomain.xml

  No, it isn't. getURL() causes no security problem, except if you try to open the local html and access (try to) something on the internet.

  unless your "flash site" is the local computer poses no security problem. If your computer is a Web server, you simply define the security settings for your local file and give it permission to access the internet.

• Cannot open the link to the external site pdf to Word 7

  I created a link to a pdf file in a Word 7 document.  The pdf is located on an external website. I get the following message appears when you try to follow this link - Ctrl + click.  I use Windows XP SP3.  The pdf file can be opened in IE and Ff.

• How to make a link to the external database

  A good way to keep track of the photos in Lightroom that I submit for sales, etc. contest, I can't understand. I could make comments in the field of metadata of legend, but that would ruin my field of legend and is not so flexible. I could color code, but it is very limited. It seems that the ideal way would be to create an external database with something like Microsoft Access. By using the file name as the primary field, I would like a link it to additional fields, date introduced, if they are sent to, type (contest, sale of stock, gifts, etc.), price obtained, published date, etc.. Then I could see the history of a given image, run queries for all images shown at a particular location where the amount is > $0, etc..

  As it is a hobby and the numbers are small, I could just enter all the data by hand, but if I still love a lot of commercial success, it would be nice if the database built into Lightroom. Ideally executed queries not only show the name of the file, but also show pictures, perhaps in the form of Collection in Lightroom. It seems that there must be professionals who follow this information. There may be a third-party program that does this. I would like suggestions.

  How are you confident with programming or scripting? You'll maybe take a look at the software development kit that allows you to create custom fields. These are accessible through the filter of the library and smart collections. I have to say that both of us have written plugins for custom field definable by the user, but there are some technical limitations which made us hesitate to release them. But if you can write your own and then he support yourself, then you will be OK.

  But the alternative of access is also viable. Database LR is SQLLite3 and there is a free ODBC driver for it. For example, you can link to tables of R. • 5154 PXI trigger on the external input

  I use a PXI-5154 and want to change my previous program to trigger the external source. I'm feeding the external source from source to V 2.5 and it seems to trigger fine. However when data acquisition the vertical range of the oscilloscope will 5 V which is too high as to my request I acquire in the millivolts range. I tried to show the vertical range of the channel I acquisition, but although I put it as the active channel I get the following error:

  Error 1074118616 has occurred to the property node (arg 1) in PD_measurements_v11_test.vi

  Get a base attribute value channel failed because the channels interviewed have different values.  Please specify a channel when you query a string based attribute.

• Exporting proxies without restoring links to the source in CC 2015.3

  I currently testing the new version first and proxy for the workflow capabilities to my installation of posts.

  We hope to introduce custom proxy ingest parameters for the two descendants 4 + content and add a LUT to images.  Ingest functionality seems to work perfectly.  My question: is it possible to export the proxies with these LUTs baked in crude, cups etc., or is there no option NOT to be reprinted for the source of the layer to export footage.  We try to avoid using Lumetri for each item in the timeline (as we did).  However, if the images always rebuild the source, which is usually an advantage, we'll have the same transparent images that we would normally have no effect.

  When you create your Proxy ingest preset, start with a screening of coding to define your desired smaller image size and go to the effects tab and add your LUT desired, etc. Then, create a preset Ingest and set the Format and preset to your custom preset encoding.

  The proxies will always automatically create a link to the full resolution clip. When you use the button toggle Proxies (in Source and program monitors), it makes alternate the display of full resolution and Proxy. If Proxy clips were cooked in the effects, then it displays when you view Proxies, but not when you view full resolution (as Full-Res clips have no bakery in effects)

  If you wanted to export a rough cut of your Timeline using sequences of Proxy then you can select all the clips attached and make offline. This will make the Res full offline, but keep Proxy online. When you export, then will use clips of Proxy with your effects to the oven to (if full resolution are in line, then it will export automatically full resolution).

  I'm trying to parent a host of kerning on a slider on SliderControl, which is related to the source text on TrackingControlof the text .

  The real problem here is parenting to the value of the cursor in the Source text. I tried this expression on the cursor, without success:

  Just had to remove the first line and re selection icon to get the correct syntax 'thisComp '.

• A loop through hyperlinks and add * at the end of the hyperlink source text?

  I'm sure it's very simple, but my javascript is a little rusty and a little short of time, so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

  I need a script that loops through all the hyperlinks in a document (no matter what styles are or are not applied). Please check the source text to see if it starts with "www" or "http".

  If the source text starts with "www" or "http" then do nothing. OTHERWISE add an * at the end of the text. In other words if there is text in the document as "Click on this link" (and there had a hyperlink applied) it would be changed to "click on this link." If there is text in the document as "www.google.com" (and there had a hyperlink applied), it would remain unchanged. The hyperlinks themselves remain unchanged.

  So I'm not sure what my If/else statement must be?

  How stupid. You are absolutely right. The names of hyperlink above, test script must test the hyperlink source texts. In the small sample, I have tested the script on, names of hyperlink and source texts were the same, that's why I had not spotted the questionable logic of the script. This scripts properly tests:
