layer sequence

Hello

I need a way to indicate the sequence of layer on my circuit printed 4 layers.

The idea is on each layer, the layer number must be placed.
Top layer is 1, 1 = 2 inside, inside 2 = 3 and low = 4...
Now, I wish it were a little different from the image (it's like that now). Changes:
-Number 2 should be cut off the number, not a box and the number copper. The number must be just the material green PCB.
-about number 3 and 4 should not be the mass of the layer 2 (inside 1) plan. With keep it out, it works, except for the mistakes of the DRC (just ignore it or?)

Can you share a sample project from what you currently have? (you can remove components "not shared")

If I understand correctly, you have 4 layers?

1 top = copper

2 internal copper = 1

3 = 2 inside copper

4 = background copper

Based on the explanation, is not 100% clear how it should look.

(2) copper should go up to the border of the Dungeon on the area that you want to have a '2' cut.

So it would come down to the creation of a Dungeon on the subject (i.e. the number 2) in a copper plan, right?

3 and 4), it may indeed give DRC errors.
The error message say?

    This sequence call you 'main sequence' - select it in your project Panel > press and hold the selection, drag to 'new article' icon at the bottom right of the project Panel. Which will automatically create a new layer sequence and open in the timeline panel. Select this sequence in the timeline panel > right click > pop-up window > multicamera > activate. Go to your program monitor and select then 'key' and several cameras (as opposed to Composite view ".")

    I want a series of images (approximately 20) appear as a sort of slide show.  For some reason I cannot import as a sequence.   But my question is, is there

    behaviour, the effect or the utility that wil A) create a kind of slide show?  Or (B) is their way to automatically distribute a bunch of layers over time?  As to set a time interval and the beginning of each layer be evenly distributed between the beginning and the end.

    [Select a layer group in the project Panel in the order that you want them to appear in the timeline panel, use create new model of selection or drag on an existing timeline, decide how much time each layer and move the CTI (current time marker) at this point, select all layers, set the out point of the layers by pressing alt/option +] right-click or go in the Animation menu and select keyframe Assistant > sequence layers.

    Hi all

    Thanks again for helping me on the last post space for 9708 15542 x.

    Just one more stupid question. I created 2 comps in AE CS3 PRO and want to read them constantly along beside each other. For example the 1st model, I created an intro with 3D text, and the 2nd computer is a 3D photo wall.

    But I need to join the two in 1 comp, so finally audio is added. Then sent to Premiere Pro.

    Is this possible? If so, how?

    I don't know that I understand your question. Do you want your 2 composition plays after the other, or one on the other.

    (1) if it is one after another then:

    -You can select your 2 comps in the project Panel and drag them to the ico "New Composition" at the bottom of the Panel.

    -In the dialog menu, select 'unique Composition' and 'layer of sequence '. This will create a new comp that contains one after another your 2 comps.

    (2) if there is one on the other:

    -You can select your 2 comps in the project Panel and drag them to the ico "New Composition" at the bottom of the Panel.

    -In the dialog menu, select "unique Composition" and unckeck "layer Sequence. This will create a new comp that contains your 2 comps on the other.

    Then, you can export your video for any codec you want and then import it into Premiere Pro.

  • When I scroll through the mask of image sequence does not follow the layer of the timeline?

    Another problem. I simply scroll the image sequence and you can see on the screenshot that the mask remains where it was in the beginning. I applied red tinted effect (just to show you), and it does not stick to the station when scroller is at the end of the timeline which is say that the mask is not to follow. But it should, because the mask is the image sequence. Why? Please take a look. Maybe there is something wrong with the Ctrl c and Ctrl v method - it's how I inserted my BW mask in the layer mask?

  • Import of sequences of images to adapt to 1080 p video layer

    Very new to Photoshop and Lightroom so forgive me if it's made clear... but I exported hand drawn animation of images from Lightroom and their import in the form of sequences of image in Photoshop and can't seem to get the right size to fit the preset HD1080p video layer. I exporting photos from Lightroom to the same 1920 x 1080 pixel dimensions and the sequence of images always comes out smaller than the size of the canvas. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!!

    OK, the thing is this - when you export your image from Lightroom, you have it set on "Resize to fit" 1920 x 1080. This means that the image will be enlarged or shrunk as much the current report width / height image (no stretch) to fit in the dimensions list. Apparently, your image isn't "in shape" 1920 x 1080. It appears to be from a camera, which probably has a 4:3 aspect ratio. Lightroom is not crop or stretch the image, it just enlarges or reduces evenly so that it fits in the dimensions.

    To solve the problem, go to the Lightroom Develop Module and choose the Crop Tool (R). Then, change the size of the harvest up to 1920 x 1080 (16: 9), and you will see immediately that part of your image will have to be trimmed to fit the desired shape:

    Once your image is cut in the shape of 16:9 aspect ratio, the export will completely fill the frame and images will be the full 1920 x 1080 as you hear it.

    I can see your illustrations you might be sacrificing some important parts of the image to crop. It's a sad reality while you work in different proportions. It is always profitable start your work with the image format you want to use for the final production - if you know in advance what will be.

  • I want the video layer 1 to play the video layer 2 to edit my sequence - how can I do this without creating a multicam sequence?

    My images may not synchronize properly because the points of entry/exit and the sound are all uneven. I've lined up the material GoPro with my DSLR to cut into smaller pieces and using PluralEyes. Now that I have my set sequence in place, I want to play next to the V2 V1, so I don't have to constantly turn on and off the top layer (V2). Please tell me there is an easy way to do because a multicam sequence does not seem the right solution and I don't want to cut all over again anyway.

    There are several ways to do this, here is one:

    Select the first clip on V1 and using the effects of movement controls, resize it to 50% and move it to the bottom of the frame. Once you are done, copy the clip. Now select the rest of the clips on V1 and go to the Edit menu > paste attributes and apply the same for the rest of the clips.

    Now, repeat the operation on V2, this time traveling back to the scale image to the top of the frame and the copy and paste attributes for the rest of the clips on the V2.

    Now change now. When did edit, select all (others) after the edit clips and go to the Clip menu > remove effects and they will all be full screen again.

  • Shadow layer - image sequence

    Hello

    I have a small sequence of images of a dvd player, its desire to open.

    I have not create the animation myself, I just got the png sequence and a sequence of png layer shade extracted from Lightwave.

    After you import the two sequences into After Effects, I don't quite know what to do with the shadow layer. It doesn't seem like a normal black and white alpha channel, note the bottom of color sand .

    I need to put a background image to the background, so how do I properly apply this shadow layer in my composition.

  • Parameterized execution of sequences

    Is there an example how to set test sequences in Teststand?

    The current configuration is such that a number of tests must be carried out with different supply voltages and temperature conditions. For this, there are remotely controllable power supplies and a thermostreamer. The most direct is to simply add a loop inside the sequence of test for these settings, but this feels pretty inelegant and also impassable as well as heavy to quickly change the parameter independently of the rest of the test configuration test conditions.

    It's always an interesting discussion.  The problem is that you define all these values somewhere either a database, flatfile or format TestStand himself.  Here's my opinion on the matter.

    Databases and flatfiles exhibit the same problem.  At some point you need to read values and map it on the steps that they are passed in.  The Mapper is the killer here. The reason is that it can be as simple as a PO file that maps to a local variable that is then used in the parameters of the step or enough complex where he goes through the steps and inject values into the calls.  The other MAIN issue with this is what happens if the data type changes.  How do roll you back to the database or flatfile while maintaining the 40 different sets of values already in there.

    I found that keeping data in a native format of TestStand is the simpler and easier to maintain. Is it a local variable that you have data or an abstraction layer where the values are hardcoded in the stages of the advantage to keep in TestStand, is that when the update of the data types that they are pushed automatically and values are preserved.  The downside, is changing the limits outside the TestStand environment is not really available unless you want to build a kind of special editor.

    Anyway it's still a huge business.  Personally I'm not a fan of the loader of property because it is limited in the variables and parameters it can export/import, and also files tend to become real yucky after about 20 values.

  • Can I apply changes in tone to a layer and not only some cut of my film?

    I can't explain it properly, I'm eager to apply the same color to my whole film correction and not only the edited part of my film that I would need to do this for all the clips, and that feels like a marathon task.

    Remove the Lumetri effect on the first clip.

    Go to the menu sequence > add tracks.

    Set it to add a video track after track 1 and 0 audio tracks. Click OK.

    Go to the file menu > New > adjustment layer and create an appropriate adjustment layer.

    Once it is created in your program Panel, drag it to the new video track (empty), you just create and stretch the length of the clip it so that it covers all the video clips on track 1.

    Click on the adjustment layer to select it, go to the color workspace and make the desired settings. Everything below the adjustment layer will receive the same treatment of color.

  • Æ Dynamic Link is distorted in the first sequence, any ideas?

    Having a strange problem with a link after dynamic effects in my PP sequence, it was working fine yesterday until I sent to Media Encoder to render and discovered the wobbly images this morning.  The link is a small animated overlay that I use to put the chips over all created within EI, so that the linked files will not have any other footage integrated.  The AE itself file looks exactly as it should, the error in the first.  Even more strange, I have about 7 comps related from the same AE file, and the only one of them works without distortion.

    I tried to purge the memory and the cache, I deleted the first preference files and restarted everything. Currently waiting on a colleague to synchronize the project to see if its linked file or associated PC. Here is a screenshot of what the file looks like first:

    Here is the intact file to AE - it's just a bunch of rectangles animated shape layer.

    Any ideas on what could be the cause of the strange behavior in the link before you do a fresh install of apps?  Thank you

    My colleague opened the file with no problem. Purge memory once more, allowed prefs and restarted... problem solved. Although the explanation as to what was the glitch is still unknown.

  • Create Split layers above original layer

    In the Preferences-general- if you uncheck the Split create layers above original layer. So if you split a layer, Ctrl + Shift + D. You'll see the Split layer under your original layer. I was creating an animation for a movie and I wanted to have different effects in every 5 seconds, so I shared the layer several times so I could apply the effects to other layers. So, I liked the idea of Split layers under the original layer. Is there a reason perhaps better to have Split over the original layer?

    Usually, you create a composite from the bottom to the top. Separation of the layers to me usually means that I add something to the composite to the new layer above the original makes perfect sense. Most of the time when I shared a layer, I'll do something different to that layer and then extend the layer below to create a composite. It would be a very strange thing for me to have a sea of layers under a layer of master because he wouldn't do that add to the antics so I wanted to build some layers by using the original footage.

    I would like to warn you to make your comps too long. 90% of my friends are suddenly and less than 7 seconds. Try to change in AE, especially an animated film, is a painful and ineffective effort. You will have more success creating shots and short sequences in AE, and then polishing and completion of your film in a NLE such as Premiere Pro. You will not save any time in projects of more than a few minutes if you make and then change in first.

  • Replace the layer source footage with After Effects Composition

    Hello!

    I have a question about the workflow of dynamic linking between Premiere Pro and After Effects. As common for most editing workflows, I started by import and organize my source footage. I then cut the entire project using the original footage. Now, as he comes to effects and final optimizations, I noticed that there are several items that I need to work in After Effects.

    I know (and use) the function 'Replace with After Effects Composition', but this only works for an item in the Assembly. I have dozens of clips from same source footage and would simply replace the master-clip with a composition. In this way, I can do the AE-job once that overall the clip and the whole project remains perfectly organized.

    As I read elsewhere, there is no characteristic that makes this replacement directly. Trying to "Replace Footage" with one generates an AE-project error. After Effects render and replace the images with the rendered results (as advised in a similar topic) is no option, given that I'd lose dynamic links in this way. My question is: Y at - it another way or the workaround to replace my source footage of the layer with an After Effects composition?

    What you can get in the way you want.  Your best option is to export a new clip of the AE and use it to a replace operation in the tray.

    In the future, as a Pseudo-solution you can put the 'AE' in their own, dedicated footage clips and change using these sequences, as if they were real clips.  This would allow you to keep the dynamic link in place.
