  Hi all

  I have a form that has several fields. There is a reset button at the top of Page 1 of the form, which should erase/rest shape. But I have several checkboxes, which if some clicked on a few text fields / drop downs associated with, it becomes mandatory. Suppose that you click on the box-1 and the field TextField-1 associated to become mandatory. If the user clicks the reset button after clicking the checkbox (which makes the mandatory field) if the box is unchecked the rest then as mandatory field. How to get over with? I put the script in the change event as well as in the event click of the text box as there are has met conditions (assume that there are 3 check boxes associated with a text field and the field becomes mandatory if one of them is turned on) any help would be greatly appreciated.

  It is difficult to say without seeing the shape, but a number of things:

  • Try to test against null as well.
  • Check the link in the box on page 1 that she has ' 1 'and ' 0'.
  • Check the object reference for the checkbox on page 1, for example another subform.
  • Use the JavaScript Console (control + J in the preview) to see where errors occur when you exit the textfield object.

  I have an aversion to the naming of the pages of design with a big 'P', because it is used for Master Pages, so I would generally use page1... on page5. This isn't the problem here, just a comment.

  Figured it out... it was the 2 buttons that were blocking the student to receive the message of failure... I moved the box click above buttons in the timeline panel, and the error message now.

• Problems with reset toggle buttons that show/hide captions

  I have a problem with the buttons toggle that I use to show/hide a number of legends about a single slide of the reset. The rocker works very well on the first button when I click on and off to show or hide a legend. A simple click on and watch legend. One click off the coast and the legend disappears. However, if I leave a legend that is displayed and click on other buttons to show/hide the other legends, they do not show or hide in a single click. They require two clicks. It seems that something continues the read head after that first toggle is used until there is a second click. The same thing happens if I reset to enter action. If I click on a caption and leave it in place and move to another slide, it disappears when I re - get this initial slide. However, it requires two clicks, not one alone, to display the legend. I find it very strange; I learned most of my techniques from the Lilybiri blog, but this problem does not occur on his examples. I think I'm missing something obvious, but may not know what it is.   Yes, I use Cp6. What I wanted to say about re-use, is that I have different scenarios where a similar script could be used, if your suggestion of a model is a good.   I went and pressed the RESET BUTTON WIN 8.  My monitor went black and sat there for hours... (I left it overnight.) The next day I turned it and turn it back on.  The PC starts, fans are whirring, the lights are on... and the Viewsonic monitor says: "No Signal" and goes off.  I tried to get into the BIOS by pressing F2, F8, Alt + F10, nothing worked. The computer makes a short beep every 10 to 20 seconds. I turned off the computer. I turn it on again, I turn on the monitor, the monitor button displays the logo of Viewsonic, "No Signal" and goes out, even though I have vainly press F1, F2, F8, F11... that one should I use?    I looked on YouTube to correct the videos.  tried power cycling. I tried to remove and reinstall the sticks of RAM and graphics card. I have tested the monitor so it works with another computer, is not broken. I tried to connect the monitor to the computer with the white and blue led cables and both at the same time.  I tried to remove the video card and put it on with the on board one... nothing. Always impossible to get in the Mode screen without failure or Bios.  What I am doing wrong? Help, please.  I thought using the button Reset Windows 8 would automatically result in a 'clean install' of it.  I wanted to delete my personal files. At this point, I would sell just my computer for junk, but I can't be sure that my files are really erased.  Thank you for all the helpful tips.

  I have an old hp Pavilion tower which has a motherboard BioStar inside.

  The other night, I was doing something when the screen went black and the light on the power switch will Flash yellow.

  Run fans, that the monitor only stop blinking when connected to the video card. the fan on the card, so I guess that the card is good. As an additional check to ensure that the card is good; My son-in-law has hung the tower with its monitor, using its video card, still nothing.

  Take off the lid of the Tower, I noticed that there were only connectors on the power pins on the front panel to the motherboard.

  (1) is the scenerio of what's not correct? NOT without doubt, as the reset button is rarely used and does not have the computer on low power such as the standby or hibernation States.

  (2) if so, how do I wire the original switch for the reset on the map or what type of switch would I need to do the reset works? Again, it is probably not the case and your problem is probably caused by something else. Please provide details about your problem... What happens when you hold the button in 10 seconds? The computer turns off? What happens if you briefly press the power button? What operating system is installed on the computer? What is plant HP or your technician installed? Etc.

  I recently bought a Thinkpad X 1 carbon (model number: 20A7CTO1WW - 2nd Gen?) and have been using it happily for a while. However, the screen now gives me only a mouse, the function keys seem to react, but I get no response or no matter what windows screen. I don't know how to restart, as the machine does not respond to either a Ctrl-alt-del or a 5 seconds press the power button (it is in a sort of Eve), as after power up, I get the same result (mobile mouse, but nothing else). With the HDMI connection I can project the same image on my TV screen, but no other results. Also, the touchscreen seems to react as mouspointer disappears when I touch the screen.

  Now, I read in another article that I should push the reset button, but I can't seem to find it on my model. The photos in the related article do not match, and the only thing that looks like a reset button hole is smaller than the thickness of a paper clip.

  Any help is appreciated as my daughter needs this computer for his exams next week.

  I am very disappointed by the Belgian technical support service. There is a choice of classic (LENGTHY) button sequence that disconnects you sometimes, you sometimes refers to a number that is no longer in service and sometimes to a number that works only in week 9-6. (No chance of a transfer, you must reconstruct the physically each time) I bought 3 years on the support of the site and cover against accidental damage, but these people seem to be inaccessible when you need it.

• Switch reset buttons, the closure of VI

  How do you reset switch buttons when you close the VI.  The problem I encounter is that the two buttons I want to get back to false control the output of the other loops and essentially the programme.  I tried to use the structures of sequence and it resets the value of the switch, but he's not leaving the program then because the two buttons I need to be reset not allow me to leave the program because now they are false.  I used local variables with these buttons, so I can't use latch which is unfortunate.  Does anyone have an suggestions?
