  Open the second window, drag to the size you want by making a left click and drag the lower right corner. Close the first window, and then close the other now the key and by doing a file/exit (do not use the x in the upper right corner). See if that helps.   I have a Qosmio G20/390LS bought a year ago, when I worked at the Japan, I tried to upgrade the hard drive with a new HD 100 GB Hitachi SATA but I faced a problem that XP does not recognize the HD.
  For your reference, the Bios sees the new HD, when I install the XP operating system I load the driver downloaded from the Toshiba Web site but no way RAID with F6... XP does not recognize the HD.

  Computers portable Japanese are unknown to me, but if this laptop comes with two hard drives and RAID option do not forget the good option is set in the BIOS. Without the right BIOS setting you will not be able to install the OS.

  On Qosmio G30, I was able to install Vista when for two HDD HARD drive settings were 0-RAID-1. Check it please and let us know.

  If you would please provide details on the game you play?  Also, have you tried to hit F11 and attempt to place the game in Mode full-screen.  In addition, check with the OEM of the game to check if there was an options in the game to use Mode full screen.  I hope that this information is beneficial.

  Start with the setting of the time zone to the time zone where you live. Make sure then that "automatically adjust for DST' is checked.

  However, here are two other things to consider:
   
   
  a. check your "input output system BIOS (Basic)" by going to the configuration to the computer he start.  Make sure that time is also set to what you want to be. Consult the manual for the computer to do the same thing.
   

  NOTE: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly.   b. make sure you have all the patches of Daylight Savings Time installed.  Since we are in the period that would normally be DST in any case, it is probably NOT part of the question, but it's a good belt/suspenders approach to take.
