  So, I accidentally uninstalled lenovo touchpad smart andam, try to get it back. I found an installer onlne for her, but when I try to install it, a message appears saying 'Touchpad Intelligent must be installed on a hardware Lenovo product' and that's it.

  Is there a way to do it with this message and stable again?

  Lenovo-7258-B3U has a problem in which Web pages load very quickly, however, it does not download and when it does it is very very slow. I reloaded Windows and still the same issue. I tried downloads from many different websites, same problem. When another computer is connected to the same network connection, it works very well. Then obviously there is something wrong with this computer. I'm on W7 64-bit with 3 GB of ram. My ping speed is 51ms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  If your switch is Gigabit capable and you use a category Ethernet cable damaged or raining, the error rate adversely affect file transfers, but not web browsing so much.

  Just brought a new Asus enrich your life Smart.

  Noticed that apps were not download, read somewhere on the line that I need to install windows update first. Go to install updates for windows, but I hit the following problems.
  1. Do not update, download it says download but nothing past (50-60 updates available)
  2. If I click search for updates it just keeps check forever

  I could download and install updated Bios Asus until poped in the corner at random, so I know it can download and install from the web.

  Anyone of you has the original cover of lenovo for Z2 Pro?

  Hi Pat,

  Sorry - I misunderstood your first post. Of course, when the lid is closed, it is useful that pressing the button power turn clock mode. However, it may be as well to have the possibility of opening the lid (not in clock mode but asleep) passes the phone directly to the home screen, if you do not have to press the power button.

  Perhaps that this is impossible (as I know) because the cover doesn't seem to work by a magnetic mechanism therefore can actually open up quite easily when it's in your pocket. I also imagine that it can drain the battery.

  What is also strange is that when I move the lockscreen in settings to 'none', then without the cover, that's what I get: no lockscreen - pressing the power button goes straight to the home screen. However, with the coverage, if the screen is off and you open the cover and press the power button, you still get a lockscreen and therefore have to swipe to get to the home screen. Therefore, in general, it is better to wake up to the phone with the power button before opening the cover.

  The cover is very thin; the outside is made of a kind of mast very plastic faux leather that has a sense rather similar to paper. The Interior is made of textured rubber. The quality is quite good.

  1. the window is made of clear plastic (which attracts fingerprints).
  2. the window of the camera is just a hole and the more coverage it raises before the camera sticking out (which is a good thing).

  Overall, coverage picks up the phone to 7.7 mm to 12mm, which is acceptable.

  I bought it on alza. lenovoonline.SK has it, but for a similar price. I'm sure you can get something similar considerably cheaper on aliexpress or amazon, but I couldn't guarantee quality, functionality, delivery times and costs, etc..

  I contacted someone I know to Kaspersky Lab, which confirmed that the problem has been resolved and upgrade to the current version of their base of signatures should solve the problem.

  False positive alarms are not unique to any anti-malware product, and it seems that Kaspersky has responded quickly to resolve this issue.

  I'm deploying Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro via sccm with drivers/software preloaded in the company. I am quite aware that this model is not ment for the company, but it is requirement.

  For now the deployment looks good, except one software: Lenovo Energy Management 1.0.1.49.

  This software is installed correctly when I run the installer manually with double click, but refuses to work in silent mode or unattended. Public documents, unfortunately, is not available on the Lenovo drivers download pages.

  I spent a lot of time looking for silent switch manually, but all without success. In the best scenario complete installation with the code output-3. I saw via procmon this real called 2 MSI (command lines are hidden) and perform additional configuration as installation drivers with dpinst, installation of the device through devcon, registration of dll and the calling application executables. For now, I just couldn't operate without initial installer.

  I'm pretty sure that Lenovo factory this software is preinstalled on the PC with a sort of silent command. Is it possible that someone who closely works with OS preload Lenovo provides this command line silent for Lenovo Energy Management 1.0.1.49?

  It may also be that another version is preinstalled when buildings of the factory, so yes, it would be nice to get that media.

  Thanks for the response, but no need already.

  I found another version of the management of the energy that was silent-installation capable and was incompatible with Yoga 2 Pro (no official compatibility in the documentation of the software however). This version has me led to the solution - he had Setup.iss file as well as initial setup.exe, which v.1.0.1.49 had no downloadable media.

  So, to install v.1.0.1.49 of energy management that I had to run it with the r switch, get Setup.iss file in the %windir%\System32 folder and now it installs with Setup.exe /s/v/qn perfectly.
