  I used JSF, and ADF to build the user interface for the task. And I want to get the user name of the user who is handling on workspace of BPM. For example, an ADF form may display the username of the current user in the workspace of BPM. I also try this approach: use handle Bean and bind this bean to a text output in the form of the ADF. The code fragment that I use to get the current user name is:
  ADFContext.getCurrent () .getSecurityContext () .getUserPrincipal () .getName ();
  
  But it does not work. The value I get is anonymous.

• How a JTable sort will be not not on the thread of the event?

  So I sort of comparator cheap that can use IO or striking of the data on the net to help him sort through.
  
  My problem is this kind of JTables on the event thread and therefore freeze the GUI.

  I kinda disagree.
  The bug report is a huge JTable (35000 to 200000 lines). JTable is not suitable for this purpose - and I don't mean bugs or performance, but the user experience. It's pretty annoying to have to scroll through hundreds of pages, such use would deserve based on a query of filtering and paging, rather than scrolling.

  Your case is slightly different: you have a (probably) valid condition for using JTable on a reasonable number of lines, it's just the line to get which is slow.

  Maybe you can initialize your comparator or your rowsorter (extraction of additional data on the current model) off the coast of the EDT, and then set the comparator/rowsorter in the > EDT and leave the comparison work in the EDT as usual, using cached data.

  I have semi already. It's a file browser. A file can be upgraded day/deleted/changed at any time. I'm also using the loading deferred. I can't guarantee that it won't freeze the fate for a few seconds.

  So, if I understand correctly, it's not the kind that is slow, but the extraction (update of the list of files to get an up-to-date list) of lines?
  Maybe you should periodically update the instance TableModel (built/load in a background thread and switched to the EDT) and let your sorter to run on the cache?

  Anyway, if even the sort is slow, I suspect that all hope is not lost. Although this process could be made easier (in this regard, that the bug report could follow that instead), it seems possible to unload the sort to another thread without having to rewrite the event processing; I confess that I've never written, but I'd go with:
  -wrap subclass TableRowSorter, two TableRowSorter real instances to the breast it: one instance would hold the current sorted order and the other of the following sort order.
  -substitute the sort() method to trigger the real sorting of the nextSort to a background or a swing worker thread and return immediately.
  -When the background thread is finished, post a request for the EDT to switch the sorters and call table.repaint () for the display of the new sorting view.

• How to sort items by order

  I tried to sort the items on each page in InDesign according to their z-order using the indesign SDK. I used the "GetItemsOnPage()" API to retrieve items on each page. However, in this way, while I get sorted in order relative to each other in the same layer page elements, but the elements are not sorted in the order relative to each other through the layers.
  So, let's say I have have the following:

  3 layer on top of layer 2 on top of layer 1

  Article 1 on layer 1

  point 1.A on layer 1 (but 'delay' point 1 on plan Z-order)

  point 2 on layer 2

  point 3 of layer 3,

  then, when I use the GetItemsOnPage() API, I get the page items in the following order

  Article 3, section 2, point 1, point 1-> Note: order of point 1 and point 1 is correct, as 1a is behind 1. so in the same z-order layer is preserved

  Instead of

  item 1 a, point 1, point 2, point 3

  I wonder if there is a way where I can get the page items in the order in which they appear on the page regardless of the layer in which they are. I tried to use the 'Fix' utility to see if that can sort the UIDList but it did not help either...

  I'd appreciate any help in this

  I am running iTunes 12 but have had this problem since the 11. My library is having a hard time to sort my classical music of the composer. Until about H in the alphabet, everything is perfect. However, after I start to see things like this:

But when I changed to "Boccherini, Luigi (1743-1805)" he never joined the rest of the Boccherini upward. You can also see that got placed same one-piece stain on Lu and read music in composer above him. After 'H' somewhere in the list, the music starts to get located in with the previous list composer, as this Sibelius gets sorted by Shostakovich:

  When you change the composer on the Details tab in getting information, you will also need to go to the sorting tab and change (or remove) the "composer of the kind.

  If the composer of the kind is filled, it replaces the composer for sorting.

  the problem with this code is, when the gif file is 1175 bytes above, it does not load the gif.

  example:-If the gif on the server is 1500 bytes, this code retrieves only 1175 bytes.

  I think that the rest of the bytes are sent in a different package. But how to get them.

  can someone please provide a code for buffering the inputstream?

• Windows Live Mail Help - cannot send systematically sorting in my files using the topic "to THE".

  I've been using Windows Live Mail for some time with Windows 7, but can rarely sort email in my "SENT" by the following folder: it works generally in the Inbox.  Today, all of a sudden I can set this column in my Inbox, but a few moments ago, I was able to sort this column in my "SENT" folder.  What is happening and how to fix it?  When I sort by TO, usually the OBJECT column gets sorted.

• ATG 10.2 CSC ticket history sort problem

  Hello

  I am facing an issue related triage in the grid of 'Historical Ticket' of the CSC.

  In this grid, there are several columns - ticket Id, Description, creates, age, status, but the sort option only works when I click on the 'ticket Id' column.

  By clicking on the sign of the arrow next to the ticket Id, all columns are get sorted but same behavior does not work when I click on the other columns -Description, creation, status, age.

  I tried to console alert in various jsp but unable to find so exact of these columns are rendered.

  I know that these grid/table are defined in /Service-UI/Framework/Agent/config/atg/svc/agent/ui/tables/ticket/CustomerTicketGrid.properties but of jsp perspective I'm not able to understand.

  I am able to fix this by myself.

  There is no need to find jsp; It is a configuration problem.

  We need only set the sortField property and sorting works fine then.

• Why my music is not sorted in Pocket Tunes?

  Hello, I just got a Palm Centro a few days ago and I have several frustrations get used to that. I downloaded the music from iTunes on my Macbook on an SD card. The music is in Pocket Tunes, but in an alphabetical list. How can I get sorted by albums, artists, etc.? At this point, I don't have a data plan on my phone. This could be the reason? If anyone could advise please, I would so appreciate it!

  Looks like your .mp3 files lack of header data. Think there are tools available from various web sources that can solve this problem (I've never needed but have seen mention in different places). I can pay by all content, artist, Album, Genre and Playlists (when I do the reading list). Sometimes I receive a podcast with data missed header that will end up as unknown artist or in a variant of the name artists due to typos.

  Well, I solved the puzzle myself.

  I noticed that somehow a stray .psd file was stuck in my side bar of the Mac Finder.  Don't ask me how it got there.

  At the beginning I couldn't delete it – until I tried a Mac forum and they suggested I hold down the command key and drag it off... to poof!

  It worked.

  And when I went back to bridge - now the bad behavior disappeared!  And when I close the window Bridge and reopen - the choice to "classify" same home!

  Yay... it's a small step for me, and one small step for computerkind.

  I have an ADF table, which has a choice of a select into it. (The elements of a list of Select choices are filled with a java bean).

  Presetnly, when we perform sorting on this column of the SOC, the table is getting sorted based SOC value not on the label.

  How to sort this column based on the Lable SOC filed.

  Hi Frank,.

  I took a transitional column in the entity and populated this column with the label LOV value.

  In the file ADF added this column to the table and it is rendered false.

  Set the sortable property of the column to the new column trasient lov.

  Now the sorting will work with the label filed (transitional column)

  To_char converts to a string. Therefore:

  order of to_char (CL.) CREATED_DATE, 'HH24:MI:SS of MON-DD-YYYY') / / desc

  sort strings. And the strings are compared, character from left to right. So the result is sorted first with day 31. Since you want to sort as dates, everything you nee is:

  But when I add the hierarchy in the analysis, I see that the months are sorted by alphabetical order - April, December, February, January, etc. But I want to order in MonthID - Jan, Feb, March... How can I do this?
