Lets read file as create table

Hello!

I have some data saved in the file .lvm format.  I would now like to organize these data in a sequential table so I can apply a median filter to it.

When I run the VI I noticed that the first component of the indicator seems to have crashed on each loop (instead of going to the next item), I think that the table should be built outside the loop, but I'm not sure how this code.

Please find my current VI attached.

Yes it is possible.  Let's not your date mask.  You're masking for 12-hour format when your data is in 24-hour format.  Change the mask of your date to be "YYYY-mm-dd-hh24. MI.ss ".  Notice the change in "BOLD".

I use to go to Oracle PL/SQL client.

Let's say your table than extractorders is the schema of database clientsproperty.

As this pattern create a stored procedure that runs with the privileges of the customerschema. Having this procedure return a ref cursor For example

create or replace procedure ReadExtractOrders( c in out sys_refcursor ) authid definer is
    begin
      open c for select * from extractorders;
    end;

As this code executes with the privileges of the customer schema it can read the table belonged to this scheme.

Now give execute rights on this process for the Joe database schema - and this pattern can create a cursor on the table of ExtractOrders , without being able to access or use directly or refer to this table. Read access to this table is therefore protected by a reliable code belonged schema customers.

Learn about the AUTHID clause and how it can be used to differentiate the code approved and non-approved, which allows to PL/SQL code to run with different privileges than the demand for prescriptions.

  • Cannot read the timestamp of the file LVM in table or export to Excel

    Good afternoon!

Im having issues return timestamps from a LVM file and an excel file.

Ulitmately, I have a series of files LVM with 6 channels of data and timestamps of correspodning.

When I read the back files in a table, the channel values are analyzed, but the timestamp is no where. The channel data then exported successfully to an excel sheet (less the time stamps).

How can I extract the timestamps with the channel data and bring them into an excel sheet?

NOTE: I do not know you can open the file LVM directly in excel, however, information is not "analysable.

I appreciate the toughts. I have attached my experimental code as well as the data set, I am trying to extract. I have also included a spreadsheet excel destination.

    Hi, ASAT,.

Is there a reason that you do not simply write it as File.vi to write your signal data in the excel worksheet? It is an easy way to put in your signal data to an excel spreadsheet (see file attachment). You can also view the code in this Express VI to see how this is achieved.

  • How can I read items in four tables and store them in variables?

    Greetings,

I have 4 tables which I read to control an autonomous robot vehicle as instructions.

I must be able to read the first elements of each table and store in separate variables 4 (direction, speed, angle, distance). Wait until the first statement has been executed. Then I move on to the second elements of each array. I'll repeat this until I went through all the elements. I am struggling to figure out how to do this?

    Please note:

-The number of items in the tables is always the same, although the number of items varies as can be less instructions or more.

For example, a full trial takes 1st element of table 1, table 2, table 3 and table 4 and it builds something like: forward, 10, 20, to the left. This will then be the robot moving forward at a speed of 10 over a distance of 20 and then turn left. Once this done then it contains the elements 2 and so on.

Please find attached my VI that reads a text file and creates 4 berries.

    Thank you.

To make each element of an array, using a loop FOR with autoindexing entered is the way to go.

  • create table of references to the elements of the array to another

I was trained by support OR read an array of image files in a table of indicators of the photo and then in order to save memory, establish a table of references in the table of elements "indicators photo so that I can use them in a subsequent loop."    Does anyone know a quick way to create this array of references to a table of indicators of the photo?

That's what I think is meant by this recommendation, but it was written improperly.  I needed another view of people to him and got him - Thx

OK, so you tried the XMLTable example, or wait for someone write at the bottom for you? :)

You must first create an object of directory Oracle pointing to the physical location of the file (must be somewhere on the db server or at a location that the db server can access on the network).
Then, create the procedure, in this case a simple INSERT SELECT:

    SQL> create directory tmp_dir as 'c:\temp';

SQL> CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE insertZipcodes (

    mytable2010

But when I use that way, I don't get the YEAR.

    SQL > select ' & l_tn' double.
    old 1: select ' & l_tn' of the double
new 1: select 'mytable' of the double

    ' MYTABL
    -------
    MyTable

I want to create table in sqlplus by using the following command:
    create table & l_tn (x number)

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong here.

    Hello

(Like TO_CHAR) SQL functions and operators (as |) are not executed in SQL * most orders (as DEFINED).
Test your variables after you set you will see what I mean

    define l_date = to_char(sysdate,'yyyy')
    PROMPT &l_date = l_date

    Output:

    to_char(sysdate,'yyyy') = l_date

"In other words, l_date is used for a 23 character string, which starts with 't' and contains ' (',',' and ' ')', ', which are not allowed in file names (probably; depending on the system).
I think you want that it set to a string of 4 characters, such as "2010".

Use the COLUMN... New_value (or... Order OLD_VALUE) to define a variable substitution to the results of a calculation of SQL.

I think you are trying to do something like this:

    COLUMN year_col NEW_VALUE l_date

SELECT TO_CHAR (SYSDATE, 'YYYY') AS year_col
    FROM     dual;

    define l_name = mytable

    CREATE TABLE &l_name&l_date
    ...

  • import files into a table

    Hello

I need to import files into a table from a database. After importing I must record in another table, the name of the file, the current date and the State of import (0 - import ok, 1 error import etc.). All files has the same structure but different file names.

Is there any possibility of cycle in the folder, import a file in the table and after that save filename to another table with the State of importation?

    Thanks in advance

    Gabi

    Hi Gabi,.

Assuming that you have a set of files (.txt, .csv,...) in a folder with the same structure, but different file names.

    Solution:

Get all the names of files and insert these names in a table temporary temp_filenames (filename, status).
with the status of 'R' (walking).

Delete No .txt temp_filenames .csv file names (for examle if no void / files / other file names are here).

    Add a v_filename variable (select * from temp_filenames where status 'R' limit 1)

Create datastore source with the name of varaiable (#v_filename).
(remove file extensions, the spaces between the names of files... all by creating tables in DB,)
for this, you can use a variable more / apply your logic)

the flow of processes in a loop (make sure whetehr the count is greater than 0 for the variable)
If its gerater trhan 0 then processes the file with #v_filename.
Once the upadate process successful status as a ' other (completed) 'E' (error)

This will make a loop for all files in your folder

Once the process is complete, you can insert the status of paper in your journal table looking into temp_filenames.
Then delete all temporary tables you created

Please let me know if you need further help with this.
