Libraries opening (photos, documents, videos, music). i.e. "Music.library - ms" is no longer.
I have a computer brand new with Windows 7 Home Premium OS, but none of the libraries work. When I click on any one of them (music, videos, images or Documents), I get the same message: "Music.library - ms" is no longer. This library can be removed safely from your computer. Will not suffer folders that have been added.
If my computer and the operating system is new, why would something NOT working? Thanks for any help.
I don't know why it wouldn't work, but here's how to restore them:
1 remove all your libraries (it doesn't delete any of your files in libraries)
2. right click on the word 'Libraries', on the left side of any window to the Solution Explorer, then chooserestore default libraries

"Music.library - ms" is no longer
My library doesn't work anymore. Although I can still access the old files via another path ' user / my music "," user / my photos ", etc, but I cannot rip music from CD using media player as the library path is problematic. Y at - it any solutions to the problem?
In fact, everything was ok about 1-2 months ago. I don't know if the problem after windows update arised... Is it possible to make my library still works?
Thank you very much!
Very Simple
To resolve this problem, open Windows Explorer, right-click on the corresponding library, then select Remove. Click Yes when asked for confirmation.
Note: Deleting of a library does not delete the contents of the included folders. However, you will need to add or include your folders manually, if necessary.
Then, in the Windows Explorer navigation pane, click libraries and click restore default libraries.
This re-creates the library that was removed earlier. This option only restores the default libraries.

Why I can not open My Documents, pictures, music files and video in my libraries
Hello. I just formatted my laptop in an hour ago, and now I can't open all the folders inside the library. I try to Double click on the Documents folder, I hear the sounds by clicking but nothing happens. No error at all. Don't just open. Help, please. I am running Windows 7 32 bit by the way.
In fact, I am referring to your user name folders which are the same as your lists of library / or should be.
You have changed the menu Favorites and probably libraries by default,
Right click the libraries list and click on restore default libraries.
Right-click on Favorites list and click Restore favorite links.

"Documents.library - ms is no longer" error message
Whenever I click on the tab file Explorer on to the toolbar and try to open my documents, pictures, music and videos folder, I got error message saying that his work is no longer and can be deleted safely etc etc etc.
Also, I have a Samsung and when I try to open my camera, Gallery S S or S player, none of them will no longer work. I also have problems with access to my webcam.
I started having these problems when I was going in my task manager and end tasks. I think I might have accidentally stopped one that I shouldn't.
If this is the case, is there a way to reset? If this isn't the problem, any idea what it could be?
Thank you
Easy way to set the document library:
(1) with the right button of the document library, and then choose Delete (it is safe to delete, nothing will be lost)
2) click on the title of libraries and choose restore default libraries

Regarding the player S and other problems - this error you get?

Music library folder loses its display column settings
Hello!
It's strange and I thought about my question, in case anyone else has seen this behavior and maybe give me the solution.
Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit SP1.
Windows Explorer.
I opened on the left of the Navigation pane.
I'm going under libraries, where I have my music library and click on it.
On the right, I have configured a Details view, with the columns set to display:
Name, contributing artists, length.
By right-clicking an empty space on the right and choosing Properties-> Customize. I have:
Optimize this folder for:
Music
And also checked the: this model also apply to all subfolders.
Now the problem is the following:
Everything seems useful as I'd like. But then, after a few closed and the openings of Windows Explorer, the columns of this music library folder are lost.
And it shows the value by default, or maybe some old personal settings of these columns:
Name, the artist of the Album.
Thus, artists to contribute and the length are gone.
Do you know what is causing this weird behavior? I want to maintain my initial columns:
Name, contributing artists, length.
Or, for that matter, whatever the columns, I chose.
SEE YOU SOON!
See if resetting the default folders,

MP3 files can be problematic in Movie Maker...
Best bet would be to convert the files to the. WMA
format before you import into Movie Maker. There are many converters available on the net... the
the following link is an example:(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)Format Factory (freeware)
http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Format_Factory
(the 'direct link' is faster)
(the file you want to download is: > FFSetup295.zip<>
(FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
('all' boxes on the last screen)
(Windows XP / Vista / 7)First... after the download and installation of Format
Factory... you can open the program and
left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
"Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
(this is where you find your files after they)
are converted)Drag and drop your music files on the main screen...
Select "while"WMA"/ OK...
Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...
That should do it...

I get the message "your system has wearied of the memory of the Application." So I can not open Mail, Safari, or any application. However, I can periodically, the first thing in the morning, after I Shut Down & power up, not after a reboot. I deleted a lot of photos and videos to free up space, but not luck. IPhotos, I get the mssg. "cannot import pictures because not enough free space on the volume containing the iPhoto library." The problem might be related to: 1 overheating, 2 PureVPN although I installed about 5 months ago and it was very good; 3. the MB Air was diverted (I'm worried that PureVPN may have something to do with it). Or is this a sign that I need to get a new laptop? Thanks for any help you can offer!
release disk space and short-term memory are two different things. If your computer is running more disk space, it will have a negative effect on your system.
Please post a report of etrecheck for further analysis.

I use Windows XP SP3 and cannot open My Documents, my pictures, my music and my computer
Original title: can not open files
I use Windows XP SP3 and cannot open My Documents, my pictures, my music and my computer. I get no errors, but nothing happens when I click on one of them.
Hello
Thanks for the reply. I managed to solve the problem before you receive your advice to defragment my hard drive. I had the problem on / off power for about six months and defragmentation has not always been successful success so when it happens then I will go through the procedures that you have listed. I have installed and uninstalled various applications in the last six months and suspect that the register is not in optimum condition... I have a problem during a shutdown or reboot stop where I get an error of tfswctrl.exe I close and the system then hangs and requires a medical examination. Is there, by chance, a Microsoft utility that cleans up the registry for applications that have been uninstalled, but be persistent pieces that shouldn't be there?
Thanks again for your advice.

If Windows Movie Maker is installed, Photo Gallery supports the following video file types: ASF, AVI, MPEG and WMV.

How to stop Windows 7 opening 'imported photos and videos' after each scan an image?
I'm scanning multiple images and after EACH scan, Win7 opens a new window "Imported pictures and videos", despite the window being open 20 times already...
In the import dialog box, deselection 'Open Windows Explorer after import' has no effect. After each import, a Windows Explorer window appears showing me that the directory of the file has been imported to (i.e. "imported photos and videos"). Worse still, this happens even if another this window is already open - so if (for example), I scan 10 pictures, I have 10 windows explore open all showing this same directory (unless I close them I will). It's boring, clutters the taskbar and takes expire have to close each window - how are we going to stop Win 7 "Imported photos and videos" opening after each scan?
Hello Carl,
You attempted to change the option to "Open the Windows Explorer after import" while connected as another user on the computer to see if the problem persists? Also, have you tried to scan using a different computer to see if we can isolate the problem to a machine? If you have checked these things and the behavior has not changed, I suggest to leave feedback for the Windows team at this link as an option behaves as expected:
